dip是什么意思？

DIP是指：DIP封裝，是dual inline-pin package的縮寫(xiě)，也叫雙列直**式封裝技術(shù)，雙入線(xiàn)封裝，DRAM的一種元件封裝形式。指采用雙列直**形式封裝的集成電路芯片，絕大多數中小規模集成電路均采用這種封裝形式，其引腳數一般不超過(guò)100。 DIP封裝的CPU芯片有兩排引腳，需要**入到具有DIP結構的芯片**座上。當然，也可以直接**在有相同焊孔數和幾何排列的電路板上進(jìn)行焊接。DIP封裝的芯片在從芯片**座上**拔時(shí)應特別小心，以免損壞管腳。DIP封裝結構形式有：多層陶瓷雙列直**式DIP，單層陶瓷雙列直**式DIP，引線(xiàn)框架式DIP（含玻璃陶瓷封接式，塑料包封結構式，陶瓷低熔玻璃封裝式）等。

dip付費是什么意思

DIP付費是一種按病種分值付費的支付方式。

DIP，指區域點(diǎn)數法總額預算和按病種分值付費，是用一個(gè)模糊數學(xué)的辦法來(lái)解決醫保支付的問(wèn)題，包括了按病種付費和總額預算管理，這種付費方式將統籌區域內所有醫療機構的利益捆綁在一起，讓醫療機構結合成“命運共同體”，彼此之間相互監督和約束。

2020年10月、11月，國家醫療保障局辦公室先后頒布了《區域點(diǎn)數法總額預算和按病種分值付費試點(diǎn)工作方案》、《國家醫療保障按病種分值付費(DIP)和DIP病種目錄庫(1.0版)》，

啟動(dòng)新一輪支付方式改革試點(diǎn)，首次確定了全國71個(gè)試點(diǎn)城市。這意味著(zhù)按病種付費方式(DIP),成為與DRG支付方式改革平行推進(jìn)的主要付費方式。

在總額預算機制下，根據年度醫保支付總額、醫保支付比例及各醫療機構病例的總分值計算分值點(diǎn)值。醫保部門(mén)基于病種分值和分值點(diǎn)值形成支付標準，對醫療機構每一病例實(shí)現標準化支付，不再以醫療服務(wù)項目費用支付。

DIP基本的分組路徑和原理是根據真實(shí)的病例分組，基于疾病診斷類(lèi)似、臨床過(guò)程相近原則，根據疾病診斷分類(lèi)及代碼及手術(shù)操作分類(lèi)與編碼為標準，通過(guò)大數據聚類(lèi)客觀(guān)形成的組合，與臨床的實(shí)際差異度??；

同時(shí)DIP以全樣本數據真實(shí)反映臨床病種的變化，能隨臨床技術(shù)的發(fā)展形成動(dòng)態(tài)響應，支撐醫療衛生行業(yè)及醫院的發(fā)展。

DIP的分組結果更細，入組率更高。DIP大數據的方法通過(guò)全樣本數據的比對形成自然分組，并利用病例數臨界值為中間數，將臨界值之上的病種直接作為核心病種，共計1.4萬(wàn)余組，將臨界值之下的DIP進(jìn)行再次聚類(lèi)形成綜合病種，最大化滿(mǎn)足臨床病例的入組需要。

DIP兼容臨床病案數據，全樣本數據入組率接近99%，減少未入組病例數量，降低未入組病例所帶來(lái)的不確定風(fēng)險，實(shí)現操作便捷與精細應用的平衡。
