2、新西蘭永久簽和綠卡的差別？

一、新西蘭居民身份

新西蘭居民身份就是常說(shuō)的PR（Permanent Resident Visa），簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)綠卡。通常次向新西蘭移民局提交移民申請，順利獲批后拿到的就是PRV，這是一個(gè)有效期為2年的居民簽證，有效期內享有新西蘭居民的權利和義務(wù)，擁有多次往返新西蘭的權利。PR身份會(huì )限制部分福利申請，但是子女免費教育、基本醫療減免等都可以享受。

PR簽證要求2年要在新西蘭住滿(mǎn)184天（被稱(chēng)為“移民監”），然后才能申請永居簽證。如果未能符合“移民監”要求，那么要趕在PR過(guò)期前續簽，否則會(huì )失去新西蘭居民身份。

二、新西蘭永居身份
