阿爾弗雷德·坦尼森，十九世紀后半期英國最著(zhù)名詩(shī)人，1850年繼華茲華斯后，被英國王室封為“桂冠詩(shī)人”(poet laureate) 。

1884年又被封為男爵（baron） ——英國歷史上唯一的單純因詩(shī)歌成就而被封爵的人。
