斜方肌叫traps,是Trapezius全稱(chēng)的縮寫(xiě)。
背闊肌叫lats,是Latissimus dorsi的縮寫(xiě)。Latissimus dorsi在拉丁語(yǔ)里有最寬廣的意思,因為背闊肌是人體面積最大的肌肉。
豎脊肌 erector muscle,一般用的比較少,很多比較專(zhuān)業(yè)的視頻是用的這個(gè),多數還是用low back。

一個(gè)組叫set
一次試舉叫rep 是repetition的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)
rm是repetition max的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng),顧名思義就是單次能做的最大次數,很多人都用的是錯的,誤以為rm是某一組多少次試舉的意思。我經(jīng)常在健身房聽(tīng)到有人說(shuō)他今天做12rm做5個(gè)set。
volume是訓練總量的意思,一般指總重量,比如廖輝某個(gè)課表的單次訓練總重量是10噸,但在一般健身房也只一個(gè)課表有多少reps,因為對于一般健身者來(lái)說(shuō),算重量比較麻煩,就用總次數來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單代表總量。
schedule就是課表的意思,一般成熟的訓練者都有自己的課表,很少有人來(lái)了看心情練的。
下面就我比較熟悉的幾個(gè)領(lǐng)域講講
力量舉(power lifting)臺灣叫健力
力量舉的三項分別是
臥推,深蹲,硬拉(臺灣叫硬舉)
bench,squat,deadlift

在力量舉里有兩種方法,一種叫高杠,就是high bar,指的是杠子在背上的位置比較高,在斜方肌上另一種叫低桿,叫low bar,就是杠子在背上的位置很低,背在三角肌后束(rare deltoid)上
深蹲用的膝蓋的綁帶叫做wraps,為了區別于手腕用的wraps,一般叫 knee wraps,這里注意shelve和wrap的區別,wrap是要自己纏的,shelve是套的。
deadlift
在力量舉里deadlift分兩種,一種是傳統的窄硬拉(conventional deadlift),相撲硬拉(sumo deadlift)。
lock out是鎖定的意思,力量舉里面要求硬拉,一定要鎖定以后才能放杠。lock out也在其他各種動(dòng)作里表示鎖定的意思,大致理解就是關(guān)節打直鎖死的意思。

大家都知道,打籃球要出色,彈跳力是先決條件之一。彈跳力佳可增強你在搶籃板、跳射或上籃時(shí)的力量,全面提升你的球技。
那么在身材不夠高大,或下身力量較弱,有什么方法可以提升彈跳力呢?Peter教給你幾個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)作:
1.踏臺連環(huán)跳躍(Box Jump)
鍛煉部位:腿部肌肉力量及反應。
這個(gè)動(dòng)作可以增強彈跳力及第二跳反射動(dòng)作,提升搶籃板技術(shù)。
起點(diǎn)動(dòng)作:雙腳站在跳臺,雙手作向前擺的起跳狀態(tài)。
完成動(dòng)作:先跳落地面,然后第一時(shí)間跳上第二跳臺,如此類(lèi)推完成兩至三個(gè)跳臺動(dòng)作,身體必須保持平衡。
注意事項:初學(xué)者跳臺的高度由高至低,進(jìn)階者相反;跳臺最高高度,初學(xué)者不過(guò)膝,進(jìn)階者為膝蓋以上三寸。
2.杠鈴踏板(Step Up With Barbell)
鍛煉部位:大腿肌、腹直肌及腹內、外斜肌及肩膀。
堅持做這個(gè)動(dòng)作呢,可以鍛煉起跳時(shí)的爆發(fā)力,增加上籃及騰空的高度和力量。
起點(diǎn)動(dòng)作:利用雙手及膊頭支撐杠鈴,一腳踏在踏板上,另一只腳在地面平衡身軀。
完成動(dòng)作:后腳先發(fā)力,將力量轉移至前腳,提升身體至站立在踏板上,然后回復起點(diǎn)動(dòng)作,再進(jìn)行另一腳訓練。
不過(guò)要記住頭部不要仰后,上身要直,保持挺胸收復運動(dòng)。
3.姿腿部彎曲(Prone Leg Curl)
鍛煉部位:大腿后腿腱。
這個(gè)動(dòng)作可以增強落地時(shí)承受的力量;提升起跳穩定性;增加下盤(pán)力量。
起點(diǎn)動(dòng)作:躺器械上,雙手握扶手,軟墊放在雙腳腳對上位置。
完成動(dòng)作:雙腳發(fā)力彎曲,然后回復起點(diǎn)動(dòng)作。
(ps:但是要注意腰不要過(guò)度彎曲哦)
想要提高彈跳力不是簡(jiǎn)單的事情,相比于增肌還好難上一些,所以一定要堅持
