1、定義不同

乳酸（學(xué)名：2-羥基丙酸）是一種化合物，在多種生物化學(xué)過(guò)程中起作用。是一個(gè)含有羥基的羧酸，因此是一個(gè)α-羥酸（AHA）。在水溶液中它的羧基釋放出一個(gè)質(zhì)子，而產(chǎn)生乳酸根離子。

鹽酸（hydrochloric acid ）是氯化氫（HCl）的水溶液，屬于一元無(wú)機強酸，工業(yè)用途廣泛。鹽酸是胃酸的主要成分，能夠促進(jìn)食物消化、抵御微生物感染。
