英語(yǔ)是一種看重形式的語(yǔ)言,這一點(diǎn)和漢語(yǔ)大不一樣。漢語(yǔ)要表達一個(gè)意思,只要在句子中加上狀語(yǔ)、定語(yǔ)就可以,但英語(yǔ)還要把詞的形態(tài)改變,這在我們看來(lái),是沒(méi)有必要的。比如,“是”,漢語(yǔ)只要一個(gè)詞就夠了,英語(yǔ)需要he,she,it,I,這么多詞,很形式主義。
過(guò)去式就是形式主義的體現,為了表示是過(guò)去的事情,把動(dòng)詞變成過(guò)去式。動(dòng)詞變成過(guò)去式有它特定的規則,和過(guò)去分詞的規則有所不同,雖然有時(shí)候它們是一樣的,有時(shí)候不一樣。
“分詞”是一個(gè)名稱(chēng),代表了ing,ed這種形式。因為這種形式把動(dòng)詞變化成為了形容詞,相當于從原來(lái)動(dòng)詞的意思中“分化”出來(lái)的。比如interest,是動(dòng)詞,使什么什么有興趣,而分詞把動(dòng)詞變成了形容詞:intersting,有趣的,interested,感興趣的。
一般形容詞是可以這樣用的:be+形容詞,比如:I am happy.那么Be+過(guò)去分詞也是把分詞當作形容詞來(lái)用。have+過(guò)去分詞是特定的表示完成時(shí),這是規則,你必須遵守。
