ISSUER是什么銀行的代碼？

ISSUER并不能看出是某個(gè)銀行的代碼。銀行卡號一般是16位或者19位。由如下三部分構成。

1、前六位是：發(fā)行者標識代碼 Issuer Identification Number (IIN)。注意：當前已經(jīng)用IIN替換了之前的發(fā)卡行識別碼 Bank Identification Number (BIN)

.2、中間的位數是：個(gè)人賬號標識（從卡號第七位開(kāi)始）中間位數由發(fā)卡行自定義，一般由6－12位數字組成。最多可以使用12位數字。每個(gè)銀行的個(gè)人賬號標識規則有所不同。有的銀行在這部分內容中會(huì )包含分行、支行、儲蓄網(wǎng)點(diǎn)等代碼信息。

有得銀行可能就沒(méi)有這么詳細，會(huì )使用自然流水順序碼。

1、在做之前先提醒下左邊的一個(gè)感嘆號就是用來(lái)檢查的，做完點(diǎn)擊一下，如果有地方出現感嘆號的話(huà)，那么要么沒(méi)有填寫(xiě)，要么填寫(xiě)錯誤

2、Issuer是指出票人的公司名稱(chēng)和地址，在信用證方式下需要與信用證上的信息一致，有兩行，第一行是名稱(chēng)，第二行是地址，一般直接復制合同上的信息就可以了

3、To是受票人，或者說(shuō)是抬頭人，接買(mǎi)方公司的名稱(chēng)和地址，與出票人同樣的格式，所以在這里就不多講了

4、Transport Details指運輸說(shuō)明或者通俗點(diǎn)說(shuō)就是運輸條件，基本格式是From 出口港 to 進(jìn)口港 時(shí)限 運輸方式，有信用證加上信用證條件下，這個(gè)單證里面就有信用證
