烤箱烤金針菇粉絲的做法？

金針菇去根部洗凈晾干，放入蔥段、香菜碎、蒜碎攪拌均勻，最好是放置十分鐘左右。

可以在這期間準備其他菜品，腌制時(shí)間越久越入味。

倒入泰椒段（也可是辣椒面）燒烤料、燒烤蒜蓉辣醬、海鮮醬油、食用油拌勻。

金針菇用錫紙包好放在烤盤(pán)里，放入預熱的烤箱，200度，中層，大約20分鐘左右。

金針菇學(xué)名毛柄金錢(qián)菌，又稱(chēng)毛柄小火菇、構菌、樸菇、冬菇、樸菰、凍菌、金菇、智力菇等，英文為：“EnokiMushroom”。植物學(xué)名為Flammulinavelutiper(Fr.)Sing。因其菌柄細長(cháng)，似金針菜，故稱(chēng)金針菇，屬傘菌目白蘑科針金菇屬，是一種菌藻地衣類(lèi)。
