準備姿勢
1、握繩:雙手手心要向上 ;
2、拉繩:繩要從腋下過(guò) ;
3、腳尖必須在膝蓋之前,而且在拔河令出之前全身應伸展拉直
站姿
不要怕摔倒,全體人盡量向后傾斜!半蹲,馬步,重心向后壓。重心一定要低,集體往后仰。簡(jiǎn)單一點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)就是將腹或者髖挺出前面,眼睛看天。
排序
不要按力氣大小,按體重,從繩子末端到最前線(xiàn),依次由重到輕排列。注意拉開(kāi)距離以防踩踏。不要把胳膊累傷了卻忽視了腳和腿,下身一定要站得穩!前面的力量大點(diǎn),尾巴上重量大的
握繩
比賽前繩子拉到最直,一定要! 否則后面的人再用力,繩子是彎的,力就中和了。所有人的力都要向正后,否則一部分力會(huì )被自己人的力抵消,事倍功半。兩個(gè)手相隔20cm,要視個(gè)人臂長(cháng)而定。
注意:右撇子右手在后,左撇子左手在后。用力會(huì )更方便!幫忙喊號子的同學(xué)叫“1-2- 1-2”,1要穩住,2要使勁拉,叫的節奏應該是一開(kāi)始叫得慢些,越到后面叫得越快。
重心
拔河時(shí)身體傾斜度要達到45度以上。最后一個(gè)拉繩子的人一定要越胖越好(當然要有勁)。他蹲的必須比較低,重心低一點(diǎn)不容易被人拉跑。前面把繩子盡量壓低,因為如果前面高的話(huà),往往后面因繩太高而用不上力。人的重心要在后面,就是腳在前,身子在后。
