TheDryRoad

Ashlands

從排水管的缺口回到地表，先回頭把背后藍色水晶封住的寶箱打開(kāi)再繼續行進(jìn)，前方就是黃沙漫漫的Ashlands。Ashlands的謎題大多以減緩時(shí)間的Chronosphere為解謎的核心，特別是黃沙之下徘徊的巨蟲(chóng)，如果不減緩時(shí)間越過(guò)沙地，鐵定會(huì )被巨蟲(chóng)吞噬。來(lái)到沙地，用十字刃啟動(dòng)斜上方的Chronosphere后快速移動(dòng)到沙地前方的巖地上，一路往前走會(huì )走進(jìn)一座小型的巖窟，里面有些零星的敵人。

從巖窟出來(lái)，玩家會(huì )再度回到沙漠，右手邊有一座鉆地平臺，上面有個(gè)Chronosphere，玩家要啟動(dòng)這個(gè)Chronosphere減緩時(shí)間，才能平安抵達另一側的巖地。從右手邊的木板踏臺走進(jìn)鉆地平臺，再攀上壁面、越過(guò)天花板繼續往上走，就能啟動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)把Chronosphere降到下層，讓W(xué)ar能從巖窟出口用十字刃射擊。

進(jìn)入隧道向左，將西側藍色水晶打碎、拖出藏在里面的踏臺。將它「喂」給前方的Goremaw之后，用十字刃或憐憫讓它松口，再趕緊從北側抓住踏臺讓Goremaw連踏臺一起將War拉上空中，這么一來(lái)玩家就能利用影翼滑翔移動(dòng)到北側藍色水晶的位置，打破水晶會(huì )露出后方的Chronosphere。啟動(dòng)Chronosphere后趁時(shí)間緩慢的同時(shí)鉆進(jìn)東南方山壁的缺口（有兩只Goremaw躲在缺口上方的死角，不啟動(dòng)時(shí)間緩慢則無(wú)法通過(guò)），將缺口內的炸彈將隧道上方的未燃彈與紅色水晶一并引爆，就能將隧道頂的巖塊炸落。跳上巖塊，War就能穿過(guò)北側的缺口潛水到達一個(gè)區域。

啟動(dòng)Chronosphere后盡快鉆進(jìn)圖中右前方的洞口。

攀上水邊的巖壁，War再次回到地表。走進(jìn)西北側的山洞，出現了新的敵人──手持巨斧的Berserker。Berserker的砍擊威力相當強大，還會(huì )拖著(zhù)戰斧進(jìn)行沖刺劈擊，亂戰之中要隨時(shí)注意它的動(dòng)向。這邊的戰斗分成兩個(gè)階段，除了Berserker和雜兵之外還有WraithScout攪局，適時(shí)使用憤怒技或涌泉劍陣的無(wú)敵時(shí)間可以讓?xiě)鸲份p松不少。

踏上階梯步出山洞，沿著(zhù)山壁繼續往前走，War會(huì )走進(jìn)另一個(gè)山洞。進(jìn)入山洞的同時(shí)，入口上方會(huì )發(fā)生崩塌，封住War的退路。繼續往前走，War會(huì )來(lái)到一塊沙地，上面有幾個(gè)木造的平臺。沙地當中有巨蟲(chóng)潛伏，玩家得步步為營(yíng)穿越平臺，才能安全抵達對面的巖岸。War只要踏上沙地就會(huì )引來(lái)巨蟲(chóng)，因此移動(dòng)的重點(diǎn)在于觀(guān)察巨蟲(chóng)的動(dòng)線(xiàn)，等巨蟲(chóng)走遠了再開(kāi)始移動(dòng)，就能有足夠的時(shí)間移動(dòng)到安全的平臺上。

玩家可以用LT左發(fā)射鍵的鎖定功能觀(guān)察巨蟲(chóng)的動(dòng)向。

安全抵達沙地對面的巖洞，有趣的才要開(kāi)始。往前走沒(méi)多遠，又有新敵人現身，那就是手持碎裂炮（FractureCannon）的Devastator。Devastator會(huì )使用碎裂炮發(fā)射火箭攻擊玩家，雖然遠距時(shí)玩家只要橫移就能輕松閃躲，但近身時(shí)Devastator會(huì )將碎裂炮**入地面，利用火箭爆炸發(fā)出的沖擊波將War震飛。

如果此處Devastator與Berserker的夾擊太過(guò)猛烈，附近有綠魂寶箱可以補血。

解決掉Devastator之后，按下B鍵撿起碎裂炮，接下來(lái)就是War第三人稱(chēng)射擊秀的時(shí)間了。裝備碎裂炮時(shí)，按下RT右發(fā)射鍵可以發(fā)射火箭，火箭發(fā)射后會(huì )固定在目標上、隔一段時(shí)間自動(dòng)爆炸；如果玩家在火箭發(fā)射后按下LT左發(fā)射鍵，則可手動(dòng)引爆火箭。碎裂炮火箭的威力極大，而且可以炸飛敵人或中斷對方的動(dòng)作，玩家只要不斷發(fā)射火箭再持續用LT鍵手動(dòng)引爆，就能大殺特殺、爽快度過(guò)這整個(gè)區域。

清光敵人后走到最高處，放下碎裂炮，從斷橋上方以影翼滑翔躍至對面，迎接War的是一座惡魔的競技場(chǎng)。隨著(zhù)看臺上眾多惡魔的鼓噪，騎著(zhù)尸骸戰馬的AbyssalRider從門(mén)后登場(chǎng)。AbyssalRider的沖刺砍劈威力相當高，從正面沖來(lái)時(shí)要特別提防；不過(guò)話(huà)雖如此，War只要以憐憫射擊并從側面用范圍較大的鐮刀／渾吞劍攻擊之，AbyssalRider并不難應付。打倒第一只AbyssalRider后，接連還有數波攻勢會(huì )接連襲來(lái)，而且陣仗越來(lái)越大，最后一波的攻擊里還會(huì )有兩只巨大的Trauma跳入場(chǎng)中進(jìn)行無(wú)差別攻擊。玩家若是陷入苦戰，可以將敵人引至地面上的熔巖噴發(fā)口，熔巖的威力可以輕松解決惡魔。

頭目戰：AbyssalGladiator

將場(chǎng)上的惡魔全部殺光之后，一名赤色騎士緩緩上前。乘著(zhù)War原本座騎「毀滅天駒（Ruin）」的它輕蔑地向War挑釁，要看看少了座騎的他還能有什么表現。AbyssalGladiator的行動(dòng)模式分成騎乘型態(tài)與步戰型態(tài)兩種：

騎乘型態(tài)

AbyssalGladiator騎乘毀滅天駒時(shí)會(huì )使用和先前競技場(chǎng)上AbyssalRider相同的騎馬砍劈，還多了一種投擲后會(huì )在原地噴發(fā)的能源彈攻擊。避開(kāi)AbyssalGladiator的正面以閃避它的騎馬砍劈、看見(jiàn)它將手舉高的準備動(dòng)作時(shí)提防能源彈，只要作好這兩個(gè)基本的回避動(dòng)作，再抓住它的行動(dòng)空隙用憐憫射擊、用鐮刀／渾吞劍砍劈，就能將它從馬上砍下，進(jìn)入第二階段的步戰。

步戰型態(tài)

War用左手架開(kāi)AbyssalGladiator的長(cháng)劍，硬是一拳將它從馬上扯下，拋了出去。AbyssalGladiator一個(gè)翻身半跪在地，面無(wú)表情的War把劍踢向他，示意再戰。

步戰型態(tài)的AbyssalGladiator有二連橫斬（側閃、后閃拉遠距離可避開(kāi)）、跳縱斬（威力強

側閃可避開(kāi)并還擊）、追蹤能源彈等三種攻擊方式，其中以追蹤能源彈最難閃避，必須在即將命中時(shí)輸入閃避指令才能避開(kāi)，而且AbyssalGladiator通常會(huì )連擊數發(fā)，更加深了回避的難度。

戰敗的AbyssalGladiator慘遭War斬斷雙腿，再一劍貫穿軀干而亡。但受操控的毀滅天駒仍不斷攻擊War而令其重傷。War將渾吞劍**立于地，向毀滅天駒表示自己不愿與其再戰，在毀滅天駒進(jìn)行致命一擊時(shí)終于喚回了它的意志，騎士終于人馬合一。

尋回毀滅天駒之后，只要畫(huà)面右上方的天駒圖示亮起、出現按下LB鍵與RB鍵的提示，War就能召喚出毀滅天駒。乘著(zhù)毀滅天駒一路砍殺并回到先前有巨蟲(chóng)埋伏的沙地，War旋即進(jìn)入另一場(chǎng)頭目戰，與巨蟲(chóng)AshTitan對決。

頭目戰：AshTitan

這場(chǎng)頭目戰的內容很單純，騎著(zhù)毀滅天駒讓AshTitan追著(zhù)跑，趁它開(kāi)口想吞掉War的時(shí)候用憐憫朝它外露的口器射擊即可?？毂籄shTitan咬到的時(shí)候可以按下RB鍵打開(kāi)后燃器讓毀滅天駒加速，就能拉開(kāi)距離并閃開(kāi)AshTitan的攻擊。

將AshTitan活生生剖成兩半之后，朝北邊的出口前進(jìn)。抄起地上的碎裂炮把擋路的大小惡魔全部炸個(gè)粉碎、潛水渡過(guò)一個(gè)水坑后（里面有個(gè)Soldier神器）回到陸地，經(jīng)過(guò)Vulgrim傳送點(diǎn)的前方就是搞不清楚狀況的惡魔群囚禁Stygian的所在。

頭目戰：Stygian

隨著(zhù)War一路狂斬惡魔，Stygian也掙脫枷鎖朝War猛襲而來(lái)。這場(chǎng)頭目戰和前面的AshTitan幾乎如出一轍，只不過(guò)玩家得操控War把箍住Stygian頭部的枷鎖打破，才能攻擊它的口器。騎著(zhù)毀滅天駒與Stygian平行移動(dòng)，如下圖所示騎到頭部的位置連砍數回即可打破枷鎖。

接下來(lái)的部分就和前面的AshTitan完全相同，Stygian雖然會(huì )召喚數只小沙蟲(chóng)追擊War，但同樣以憐憫射擊并拉開(kāi)距離就能輕松解決，剩下的只是時(shí)間問(wèn)題。重復射擊數輪之后Stygian會(huì )不支倒地，依畫(huà)面提示上前按下B鍵即可結束這場(chǎng)戰斗。
