達爾克羅茲教學(xué)法，也叫Dalcroze Eurhythmic，結合了音樂(lè )基本元素-節奏，旋律，和聲-和肢體律動(dòng)，是一種多元化的音樂(lè )學(xué)習方式。

第一次世界大戰前，達爾克羅茲到歐洲各國旅行示范教學(xué)，使他的這套體系更為廣泛流傳，對于奧爾夫，柯達伊等人音樂(lè )教學(xué)法的形成與發(fā)展，有著(zhù)重要的影響。第一次世界大戰后，他回到日內瓦，建立了"達爾克羅茲體系研究所"并領(lǐng)導該所直到他逝世。
