免疫熒光可以用于共**，但也可以用于很多其他應用。共**不能夠說(shuō)是免疫熒光的主要用途。

一樓回答有助于理解共**，但是“加上紅色/綠色熒光蛋白的標簽”這種說(shuō)法并不是免疫熒光的做法。在免疫熒光中，與目標蛋白相結合的是帶有熒光分子基團的抗體，此種抗體雖然發(fā)熒光，但不稱(chēng)為熒光蛋白。

另外，共**不能夠用于證明相互作用，更不可能證明蛋白之間的共價(jià)結合。

共**就如字面意思上所說(shuō)的，只能夠表明蛋白A和B都在此細胞有表達，并且在同樣的細胞內位置/細胞器。

就好像你用GPS看到，有兩個(gè)人A和B此時(shí)都在某市同一家咖啡廳內，并不能夠證明他們在幽會(huì )。但是如果說(shuō)因為同時(shí)在一處這個(gè)事實(shí)而懷疑有奸情，也并不全是毫無(wú)道理，只是需要別的手段來(lái)證明罷了。

共**(免疫熒光)是什么

共**是說(shuō)明兩個(gè)蛋白存在直接或間接相互作用的細胞學(xué)佐證（只是佐證，不是直接證據）。

如果蛋白A本身是**于細胞內的X細胞器，而與蛋白B同時(shí)表達的時(shí)候蛋白A跟蛋白B一起**到了Y細胞器，那么說(shuō)明蛋白A和蛋白B是共**的，也就是這兩個(gè)蛋白可能存在相互作用（只是可能）。
