諾諾人都有一個(gè)終極夢(mèng)想

帶到全球各地的二手車(chē)市場(chǎng)

我是諾家班新晉擼車(chē)師王國慶，諾諾第59期培訓班的學(xué)員。正式系統地了解二手車(chē)也是從那時(shí)開(kāi)始的，從此才知道影響一輛二手車(chē)價(jià)格的有車(chē)況和車(chē)齡，也有配置、里程和過(guò)戶(hù)次數等很多的因素。當然一名合格的擼車(chē)師，光紙上談兵是不夠的，如何鑒定個(gè)中細別差異不擼上幾十臺車(chē)很難深有體會(huì )。這次借著(zhù)春節去愛(ài)爾蘭度假之便，本著(zhù)“來(lái)都來(lái)了”的實(shí)用主義哲學(xué)精神，深入考察（擼）了一下歐洲（都柏林）二手車(chē)市場(chǎng)。無(wú)奈假期后段國內**日益嚴重，已全無(wú)心思四處再浪，于是改簽機票提前回國與大家一起開(kāi)啟了沒(méi)羞沒(méi)臊的宅男宅女生活。

閑話(huà)不說(shuō)，先從產(chǎn)證看起。

愛(ài)爾蘭《機動(dòng)車(chē)登記證書(shū)》（vehicle registration certificate / logbook）

簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單一張A5大小的紙，封底藍色區域，用作過(guò)戶(hù)時(shí)填寫(xiě)買(mǎi)家信息，買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方簽字后扔到郵筒里，4-6周內新的一張“機動(dòng)車(chē)產(chǎn)權登記紙”就會(huì )被寄到你的家里。就這么簡(jiǎn)單，沒(méi)有限遷、沒(méi)有限排、不需要暫住證，并且全部交易過(guò)程也沒(méi)有國家相關(guān)部門(mén)的監督或收費。

內頁(yè)的左側是車(chē)輛信息，右側是車(chē)主信息。車(chē)輛信息的這一部分，每一條標識在下部都有英語(yǔ)和愛(ài)爾蘭語(yǔ)的詳細注釋。

借用朋友的這張產(chǎn)證，我們一起來(lái)看一下這輛車(chē)有意思的幾個(gè)信息。

在愛(ài)爾蘭牌照編號很簡(jiǎn)單，牌照號04D120751，前兩位數字代表年份，04就是2004年上牌；第三位字母是上牌城市D代表都柏林（Dublin）；后面的數字就是第多少輛車(chē)，沒(méi)有固**數，第一輛就是01，第一百輛就是100，以此類(lèi)推。

不過(guò)從2013年開(kāi)始，機動(dòng)車(chē)數量增速較快，所以牌照前三位都是數字131代表2013年1-6月上牌，132代表2013年7-12月上牌，現在都柏林的街頭已經(jīng)可以看到201開(kāi)頭的牌照了。

第二行第三行最有意思，這輛車(chē)的首次登記日期是2004年1月16日，但初次在愛(ài)爾蘭注冊時(shí)間卻是九年之后的2013年5月21日，說(shuō)明這可能是一臺進(jìn)口車(chē)。

再往下看，TOYOTA豐田 VITZ薇姿，很多朋友都知道因為日本驗車(chē)制度極為嚴苛，所以車(chē)齡7-8年左右的車(chē)子使用成本過(guò)高，大都會(huì )被出口到歐洲或其他地區，但日本車(chē)省心、耐造的特性，在歐洲的工薪階層很受歡迎。順著(zhù)這條線(xiàn)索，我們在車(chē)機導航系統里也找到了未“英化”的日文提示，從而證實(shí)了我們的推測分析。

上過(guò)培訓班的同學(xué)應該也能從標注E：車(chē)架號（Vehicle Identification Number）中得到更全面的信息，來(lái)證實(shí)我們的推斷。

二手車(chē)網(wǎng)站

瀏覽了當地最大的二手車(chē)平臺Carzone.ie的一些車(chē)源后可以發(fā)現：2008-2012年之間的車(chē)源會(huì )相對較少一些?？赡苁鞘艿侥菐啄杲?jīng)濟危機的影響消費能力大幅下降導致，不過(guò)隨著(zhù)歐洲經(jīng)濟的逐步復蘇，2012年之后的車(chē)源慢慢多了起來(lái)。根據目前的行情來(lái)看，7-8年車(chē)齡的車(chē)源才是現在最具性?xún)r(jià)比的尖貨，基本是新車(chē)價(jià)格的2.5-3折。

關(guān)于配置

寶馬三系3.0 330D M sport（自動(dòng)）

奧迪A4 2.0 TDI 四驅手動(dòng)（Quattro）

讓我很迷幻的事情就是配置，國內大部分主機廠(chǎng)為了節約成本都是固化好的幾個(gè)配置給用戶(hù)選擇，帶來(lái)的好處就是生產(chǎn)速度快、交付時(shí)間短。對于二手車(chē)價(jià)格也比較明朗，高中低配都有自己的價(jià)格?？墒歉映缟袀€(gè)性化配置的歐洲，網(wǎng)站上打開(kāi)新車(chē)訂單只有最基本的信息和配置，**咨詢(xún)了4S店（main dealer）之后，才知道現在看到的價(jià)格都是起始價(jià)，兩臺車(chē)都是織物座椅、手動(dòng)調節、無(wú)天窗等，基本我們能想到的配置都沒(méi)有。這也就完美解釋了二手車(chē)市場(chǎng)上有很多車(chē)源是低功率版加真皮座椅、高功率版配鹵素大燈...眼花繚亂、千差萬(wàn)別。

總結下來(lái)發(fā)現幾個(gè)有意思的規律：

在愛(ài)爾蘭買(mǎi)新車(chē)選裝天窗可能是最后一個(gè)考慮的配置，所以只要有天窗的二手車(chē)基本其他配置都選齊了。

真皮座椅的確代表豪華和高級，但當地人并不十分在意；織物座椅并不代表低端，而是環(huán)保和實(shí)用。

有一些低配車(chē)型竟然沒(méi)有空調壓縮機，只能選擇內外循環(huán)、自然風(fēng)和暖風(fēng)，可能因為全年天氣一般0°-18°吹吹自然風(fēng)也能過(guò)得去吧。

他們酷愛(ài)手動(dòng)擋車(chē)型（但我個(gè)人覺(jué)得更多是經(jīng)濟原因），所以經(jīng)?？吹綂W迪A6、寶馬5系、奔馳E級等手動(dòng)豪華車(chē)型，但隨著(zhù)近幾年自動(dòng)擋技術(shù)不斷迭代更新、成本逐步降低，所以車(chē)齡較短的二手車(chē)自動(dòng)擋保有量也相對增加了一些。

目前沒(méi)發(fā)現哪輛車(chē)選裝了座椅加熱。

關(guān)于里程

在里程方面，我曾經(jīng)以為用車(chē)里程和國土面積或者城市面積成正比例，但事實(shí)證明我錯了。愛(ài)爾蘭國土面積7萬(wàn)平方公里，大約兩個(gè)臺灣省的面積，都柏林的城市面積跟廈門(mén)市面積差不多，但由于生活理念和人口密度的原因，很多人每天上班往返60-80km，周末還要開(kāi)車(chē)進(jìn)城采購或者去教堂禮拜，所以導致年均大于1.5-2萬(wàn)km左右的二手車(chē)比比皆是，低于1萬(wàn)km的車(chē)源卻是鳳毛麟角。

因為用車(chē)理念的不同，所以很少有車(chē)主貼玻璃膜、戴方向盤(pán)套和座椅套，這也導致了內飾磨損普遍較大，里程偏長(cháng)一些的車(chē)源會(huì )發(fā)現內飾有更換或者修補翻新的痕跡。在培訓班中學(xué)到對內飾損傷更換和修復的鑒定技巧，也瞬間派上了用場(chǎng)。

關(guān)于車(chē)況

從基本車(chē)況來(lái)看，有很多車(chē)齡較長(cháng)，有些許磕碰、劃痕，但未做修復、整體補漆面很少的車(chē)。問(wèn)了幾個(gè)朋友才知道，歐洲多數國家人工成本比較高，愛(ài)爾蘭也不例外，所以鈑金噴漆（bodywork）這種花費較貴且不影響使用的修整，大都不會(huì )去選擇。因此鈑金噴漆的需求較少所以導致除了4S店（main dealer）以外，大多修理廠(chǎng)也不提供鈑噴服務(wù)或者水平較低。只要在諾諾培訓班中認真學(xué)習的同學(xué)也都會(huì )記得如何鑒別鈑噴過(guò)的漆面，運用學(xué)習的知識基本都能快速發(fā)現這些車(chē)的鈑噴痕跡。

結尾

我們一直認為歐美市場(chǎng)的二手車(chē)比國內的價(jià)格低很多，事實(shí)證明確實(shí)如此。拍賣(mài)行里甚至常常有低至幾百歐元的大眾，但能否在魚(yú)龍混雜里淘到物有所值的dream car，還是對一名擼車(chē)師專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的不小考驗。

況且，現場(chǎng)拍賣(mài)師堪比十級聽(tīng)力的口音對你的心里沖擊，可能一點(diǎn)也不輸給“雙十一”凌晨的倒計時(shí)。其實(shí)在諾諾培訓班和工作當中學(xué)到的東西當然遠遠不止于此，還有很多養車(chē)用車(chē)的方法技巧這一次都還沒(méi)有派上用場(chǎng)。
