樓上的方法正確,不過(guò)他說(shuō)錯了一點(diǎn),Raster 數據在三維場(chǎng)景里顯示的同樣是三維。(前提是將你用tin轉化的DEM,再轉化為Raster ,其實(shí)DEM就行,但是帶高程的Raster顯示速度比DEM和tin快很多)
你打開(kāi)ArcScene,加載數據,包括dem數據。
數據的屬性有一個(gè)base height,你選擇你的DEM數據(obtain height for layer from surface ),(注意此時(shí)只要坐標相同,即時(shí)其他數據沒(méi)有高程,你同樣可以選擇該數據的屬性里面的base height,將其設為DEM數據的高程,同樣可以可以顯示成三維。就算是你加一張坐標相同的圖片都能顯示成3維)。
所有數據的base height都設成了DEM數據后,就開(kāi)始選擇顯示方式了。有三種,1是平面顯示,2是3維顯示,3是虛擬3維顯示,和阿凡達一樣的。得帶紅綠眼鏡才能看。

有時(shí)候3維感不強,你可以進(jìn)行夸張,對原數據沒(méi)有影響。
夸張方法:
在layer 圖層上右鍵選擇屬性,然后 general 中有一個(gè)calculate format extent ,你單擊它就給你選擇到最佳夸張狀態(tài)了。你也可以在它前面直接輸入數字,輸入你想要的夸張倍數。
