1、預先警告。如果某一消費者在接觸說(shuō)服信息前，對勸說(shuō)企圖有所了解，他有可能發(fā)展起反駁的論點(diǎn)，從而增強抵御勸說(shuō)的能力。弗里德曼（ J.L.Freedman）和西爾斯（D.O.Sears）于1965年作過(guò)一項關(guān)于警告、分心與對傳播影響的抵制的研究。研究人員在一場(chǎng)報告開(kāi)始前10分鐘告訴一部分青少年被試，他們將去聽(tīng)一個(gè)關(guān)于為什么不許青少年開(kāi)汽車(chē)的報告，而另一些孩子則在報告開(kāi)始時(shí)才聽(tīng)到這一主題。結果得到預告警告的一組被試受報告影響的程度比未受到預先警告的被試要小得多。
