1998/09-1999/03,Technion以色列工學(xué)院(Technion-IIT),博士后,主要開(kāi)展鐵基電池用納米材料研究;
1997/10-1998/09,韓國先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院(KAIST),博士后,從事高性能鎂基貯氫電極合金機械合金化制備研究; 2004年入選首批“教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才計劃” (批準號:NCET-04-0702),為湖北省杰出青年基金獲得者。目前已完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項目3項,新世紀優(yōu)秀人才基金,留學(xué)回國人員基金等。目前在研項目國家自然科學(xué)基金等。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文160余篇,其中SCI收錄110余篇。

2012年獲得寶鋼教育基金優(yōu)秀教師獎;
2010年湖北省級精品課程《計算材料學(xué)與材料設計基礎》(排名第一);
