**藥吃多了會(huì )得癌癥，這是真的嗎？

確實(shí)有人懷疑**藥有這個(gè)問(wèn)題。

只有懷疑是不夠的，必須要有研究找出數據來(lái)支持。

2017年12月，新英格蘭醫學(xué)雜志就報道了一個(gè)這樣的研究 （1）。 這個(gè)研究在丹麥進(jìn)行，是一個(gè)前瞻性的研究，對象是15至49歲的婦女，要求是在入組時(shí)沒(méi)有癌癥或靜脈血栓栓塞，也沒(méi)有接受過(guò)不孕癥治療。按照這個(gè)標準，一共找到180萬(wàn)名女性，然后對她們平均隨訪(fǎng)了11年，總共發(fā)現了11517例乳腺癌。評估**藥的風(fēng)險發(fā)現，如果使用荷爾蒙**藥10年以上，乳腺癌風(fēng)險增加38%。即便是使用宮內局部給藥、僅含孕激素的**藥，得乳腺癌風(fēng)險也比從來(lái)沒(méi)有使用過(guò)激素**藥的女性高21%。

可見(jiàn)，**藥帶來(lái)的絕對風(fēng)險是很低的，如果需要使用完全沒(méi)有什么問(wèn)題。

當然，雖然這個(gè)風(fēng)險很小，畢竟還是個(gè)風(fēng)險，實(shí)際生活中完全可以找到一些方法盡量減少，比如減少使用激素**藥的時(shí)間，又比如物理性的**方法，不但可以**，還可以減少一些疾病的傳染。而且，兩個(gè)人可以得到歡樂(lè )，憑什么要讓女性頂起所有的癌癥風(fēng)險？
