我的理解，物質(zhì)的軟硬程度與該物質(zhì)的空間拓撲結構和原子的外層電子分布等相關(guān)。其結構越穩定，改變其結構需要付出的能量越大，物質(zhì)越堅硬。印象最深的是科幻**三體中的“水滴”，無(wú)堅不摧。

書(shū)中寫(xiě)到:因水滴由強相互作用力材料構成。到最后核子之間相互鎖定，所以就不存在分子運動(dòng)了，導致水滴的表面完全隔熱，并且溫度一直保持在絕對零度。同時(shí)表面也絕對光滑，足以反射一切電磁波。水滴比太陽(yáng)系中已知的任何物質(zhì)都要堅硬不知多少倍，水滴穿過(guò)地球就像是子彈打豆腐一樣不費吹灰之力。

物質(zhì)軟硬程度的微觀(guān)機制是怎樣的？

我認為是由物質(zhì)表面電子的能量融合揮發(fā)率決定的，即物質(zhì)表面電子的能量融合揮發(fā)率與硬度正相關(guān)。

電子都結合著(zhù)離（熱）性能量，離性能量的密度是與質(zhì)子坎性（質(zhì)量）約束力度正相關(guān)的。由于電子結合的離性能量受到質(zhì)子坎性約束力與原子核的距離具有反相關(guān)性，而且每個(gè)電子攜帶的離性能量受到的坎性約束力是相對固定的，所以當電子吸收的離性能量較多（超越坎性約束力度）時(shí)，一是會(huì )表現溫度升高，二是會(huì )表現硬度下降、甚至熔化成液態(tài)或汽化為氣態(tài)、乃至變成等離子態(tài)。
