什么是權變理論？

權變理論(Contingency Theory)，又稱(chēng)情境理論。20世紀60年代以后關(guān)于領(lǐng)導有效性研究轉入權變理論。權變理論認為，領(lǐng)導的有效性不是取決于領(lǐng)導者不變的品質(zhì)和行為，而是取決于領(lǐng)導者、被領(lǐng)導者和情境條件三者的配合關(guān)系，即領(lǐng)導有效性是領(lǐng)導者、被領(lǐng)導者和領(lǐng)導情境三個(gè)變量的函數。
