2、如何區別Waterproof Water Repellent Water Resistant

Waterproof——防水

防水——Waterproof，就是：水無(wú)法透過(guò)。比如雨衣用的乙烯基塑料薄膜，就是典型的“防水”面料。

但嚴格來(lái)說(shuō)，所有“防水 … mm ”這樣的面料，都只能算抗水（Water Resisitant，詳見(jiàn)下文），而不是防水。

Water Repellent——疏水

Water Repellent常被譯為防水、潑水、疏水、拒水、撥水、抗水等。個(gè)人意見(jiàn)，疏水和撥水這兩個(gè)詞較為準確的表達了這個(gè)詞的真實(shí)意義。

疏水

按照AATCC的定義，“疏水性”是指面料防止被水浸濕的能力，而“抗水性”是指面料防止被水浸濕及防止水透過(guò)的能力?！皣婌F測試（Spray Test）”和TM 70里定義的“滾筒動(dòng)態(tài)吸收測試（Tumble Jar Dynamic Absorption Test）”。評估出面料相對的疏水性，通常用一個(gè)0~100的值來(lái)表示。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，疏水性到80~90的面料，就可以?huà)焐稀癢ater Repellent ”的標簽了。

關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)是，疏水性度量的是面料吸收的水的多少，而不是面料透過(guò)的水的多少。

抗水——Water Resistant

“抗水性”是指面料防止被水浸濕及防止水透過(guò)的能力。AATCC定義了3種測量拒水性的方法：TM 35 “雨測試（Rain Test）”，TM 42 “沖擊滲透測試（Impact Penetration Test）”和TM 127 “流體靜壓力測試（Hydrostatic Pressure Test）”。

用TM127測試的抗水性大于1500mm的面料稱(chēng)之為“防水面料（waterproof fabric）”。
