FL是什么意？

FL指的是胎兒的股骨長(cháng)度。股骨是人體中最大的長(cháng)管狀骨，也叫大腿骨。在臨床上，到了懷孕的中晚期，常常通過(guò)超聲來(lái)測量胎兒股骨的長(cháng)度，以此來(lái)估測胎兒長(cháng)骨的發(fā)育情況，同時(shí)也能估測胎兒的孕齡。

一般情況下，胎兒的雙頂徑與股骨的關(guān)系是雙頂徑減去2.0厘米，大約就是股骨的長(cháng)度。另外根據股骨的長(cháng)度和胎兒的腹圍，還能估測胎兒的體重。
