但其實(shí)最大的問(wèn)題還不是說(shuō)價(jià)格欺詐，而是寄生蟲(chóng)的問(wèn)題，萬(wàn)一中招挺劃不來(lái)的。

要說(shuō)區分方式，有幾個(gè)，可以供你參考。

1、看脂肪層

三文魚(yú)最大的特點(diǎn)是脂肪肥美，尤其是人工養殖的三文魚(yú)，紅白相間的脂肪層是其標志性特征，而虹鱒魚(yú)的脂肪層明顯比三文魚(yú)差一些，因此吃起來(lái)沒(méi)有入口即化的口感。

下圖中的脂肪層，虹鱒不會(huì )有這么明顯的。

但是，三文魚(yú)如果經(jīng)過(guò)反復的凍融，或者不是太新鮮，其脂肪層也會(huì )變得不那么清晰。

2、看大小

虹鱒魚(yú)個(gè)頭比較小，到10斤左右的已經(jīng)是非常大的了，而正宗三文魚(yú)十幾斤才是起步，因此魚(yú)片切的又厚又大的，一般是三文魚(yú)無(wú)疑。

3、看顏色

正宗三文魚(yú)的顏色是橘紅色或偏粉紅色，而很多養殖虹鱒的顏色要么發(fā)白，要么發(fā)紅，這也是一個(gè)參考。

4、看表皮

有的地方會(huì )現撈現切，基本上這都是虹鱒冒充的，因為三文魚(yú)真沒(méi)有現撈上來(lái)給你切的。

虹鱒最典型的外表特征就是身體兩側散發(fā)彩虹般光澤的鱗片，因此看到這個(gè)，更是可以確認就是虹鱒了。

綜合以上，吃三文魚(yú)不要太貪圖便宜，如果真的很喜歡吃，不妨到當地的海鮮批發(fā)市場(chǎng)去買(mǎi)，眼見(jiàn)為實(shí)。

一次可以多買(mǎi)一點(diǎn)，分割成小塊，抽真空凍起來(lái)，隨時(shí)都可以吃。
