用戶(hù)在加載和當前系統設置語(yǔ)言不同的外文網(wǎng)站時(shí)候，新版Edge瀏覽器就會(huì )自動(dòng)推薦進(jìn)行翻譯。這項功能有點(diǎn)類(lèi)似于Chrome瀏覽器中翻譯引擎功能，目前微軟僅邀請部分用戶(hù)參與測試。

谷歌有打算向功能機提供特殊版本的Chrome瀏覽器么？

當前 Chrome 瀏覽器已幾乎在所有可能的平臺上投放，包括 Windows、macOS、Linux、Android、Fuchsia、以及 iOS（某種程度上）。

但時(shí)至今日，谷歌似乎一直忽略了某個(gè)小眾市場(chǎng)，比如基于 Firefox 的 KaiOS、以及基于 Java 和 Series 30 的功能機。

有趣的是，近期有報道稱(chēng)，谷歌似乎秘密為 Chrome 瀏覽器打造一種新穎的“非觸控”模式。

在過(guò)去幾月發(fā)布的 Chromium 源碼中，我們發(fā)現其在一系列更改中提到了此事。

作為一種模式模式，我們可以猜測它是為功能手機而打造的，但不能就此下定論。畢竟許多類(lèi)型的設備，都可能不包含觸控功能（比如 Windows / Mac / Android TV）。

沒(méi)想到的是，谷歌開(kāi)發(fā)人員竟然直接為 Chrome 翻譯團隊，提供了兩個(gè)飛鏟更類(lèi)似于“非觸控”模式的屏幕截圖。

屏幕左下角和右下角，分別是‘探索’和‘選項’鍵。而在靠近網(wǎng)頁(yè)底部的地方，還有對應數字 1、2、3 的功能鍵。如果你用過(guò)早期的諾基亞手機，顯然不會(huì )對此感到陌生。

因為此前 Chrome 從未涉足功能機市場(chǎng)，所以開(kāi)發(fā)團隊需要從頭開(kāi)始構建，其中就包括滾動(dòng)和頁(yè)面導航的基本操作。

從上面的截圖來(lái)看，可知數字 2 為頁(yè)面導航鍵，數字 1、3 則對應了縮小和放大鍵。此外，你可以在后退和光標導航模式直接進(jìn)行切換。

在頁(yè)面導航模式下，用戶(hù)應該可以方便地通過(guò) D-pad 進(jìn)行操作（上下左右和確認），瀏覽 Chrome 中的網(wǎng)站、移動(dòng)頁(yè)面、并在可點(diǎn)擊的內容之間切換。

當然，不見(jiàn)得所有站點(diǎn)都可以良好地適配這種模式。出于明顯的尺寸限制，上圖界面的分辨率僅為 480×640 。此外，Chrome 還得重新設計輸入法界面。

鑒于功能機的硬件資源、處理性能、電池容量都比較有限，Chrome 必須縮掉一些關(guān)鍵功能，比如無(wú)法啟用隱私瀏覽模式、一次只能打開(kāi)一個(gè)標簽頁(yè)?；蛘咴谔D標簽頁(yè)的時(shí)候，之前閑置的網(wǎng)頁(yè)會(huì )被后臺關(guān)閉掉。

雖然當前還不能 100% 確認谷歌要進(jìn)軍功能機市場(chǎng)，但從該公司近期的舉動(dòng)來(lái)看（比如向 KaiOS 投資數百萬(wàn)美元、引入 Google Assistant 智能助理），這件事還是相當有可能的。

不過(guò)，KaiOS 是基于 HTML5 等網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù)構建的，并在 KaiOS 瀏覽器中運行。想要讓 Chrome 在瀏覽器的瀏覽器中嵌套工作，聽(tīng)起來(lái)就有些奇怪。

既然如此，最有可能的情況，就是這款 Chrome 仍然會(huì )在 Android 上運行，只是系統會(huì )相當精簡(jiǎn)、所運行的設備性能也相當有限。
