動(dòng)物科學(xué)學(xué)什么？

動(dòng)物科學(xué)主要學(xué)《畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理》、《動(dòng)物學(xué)基礎》、《生物信息學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物組織學(xué)與胚胎學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物遺傳學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物解剖及組織胚胎學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物性食品衛生學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物繁殖學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)學(xué)》、《動(dòng)物微生物學(xué)》等。部分高校按以下專(zhuān)業(yè)方向培養：食品科學(xué)、設施畜牧業(yè)、飼料科學(xué)與工程、動(dòng)物營(yíng)養與食品安全、動(dòng)物營(yíng)養與飼料科學(xué)。

動(dòng)物科學(xué)主要研究動(dòng)物的遺傳變異、生長(cháng)發(fā)育、后代繁殖、消化代謝、營(yíng)養與飼養等方面的基本知識和技能，進(jìn)行動(dòng)物的生產(chǎn)與管理、飼料的研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)、基因工程的研究等。例如：動(dòng)物的飼養與后代繁殖，動(dòng)物飼料的配方設計，克隆動(dòng)物和轉基因動(dòng)物的研究與育成，牛奶、肉類(lèi)等各種動(dòng)物產(chǎn)品的加工生產(chǎn)等。

動(dòng)物科學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)可以在畜牧類(lèi)企業(yè)從事動(dòng)物飼養、育種繁殖、動(dòng)物營(yíng)養、飼料工藝設計、飼料管理、產(chǎn)品加工等工作，也可以在科研類(lèi)單位從事動(dòng)物克隆、轉基因動(dòng)物等工作，還可以在政府、事業(yè)類(lèi)單位從事動(dòng)物資源調查、動(dòng)物保護等工作。
