關(guān)于聽(tīng)力：如果聽(tīng)慢速VOA沒(méi)問(wèn)題就可以聽(tīng)正常語(yǔ)速的新聞了，推薦NBC Nightly News，每天20分鐘，堅持幾個(gè)月下來(lái)，可以試著(zhù)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)John Stwart，David Letterman或者Jay Leno的脫口秀了，這個(gè)非常磨耳朵。期間可以多看看BBC，National Geographic或者History Channel的紀錄片，ted talks也不錯，再加上美劇用以調劑（別看字幕）。語(yǔ)言這個(gè)東西，總之是要多聽(tīng)多看才行。

大一新生如何提高聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)的方法？

既然你提到考四級，那我就從考四級的角度來(lái)講講如何練習聽(tīng)力，提高筆試成績(jì)，順帶著(zhù)練口語(yǔ)。

先說(shuō)背景，我備考四級一共就用了一個(gè)月，分數81.5（當時(shí)還是百分制，折算到現在是600分左右），這一個(gè)月里一共讀透了一本書(shū)，做了一套真題。當然，我英語(yǔ)原本的積累比較好，但是從來(lái)都懶得背單詞，而考前我給自己定的目標是過(guò)80分才算及格，所以突擊了一下。

那么如何用一套真題一本書(shū)突破四級呢？這是有講究的，首先我的選的那本書(shū)，不是隨便到書(shū)店看哪本順眼就買(mǎi)哪本的參考書(shū)，而是有用意——《15篇文章貫通四級詞匯》印象中好像是星火出版社，但近幾年似乎很難找到這本書(shū)了。

選用這本書(shū)的根本原因就是，這15篇文章里已經(jīng)涵蓋了80%的四級詞匯，而每篇文章后還會(huì )有幾道題，重點(diǎn)針對四級高頻出現的詞匯和短語(yǔ)用法。所以我從頭到尾把這本書(shū)研究了幾遍，每篇文章熟讀，不但記住了所有相關(guān)詞匯和用法，語(yǔ)感也大大提升。

再說(shuō)說(shuō)那套真題怎么用。

真題就是隨便選的一套，印象中好像是王長(cháng)喜出，哪里出的并不重要，只要是真題就好。我做的第一件事就是每天早上背幾道聽(tīng)力題，注意，不是背答案，而是自己用標準的發(fā)音，把整道題，就是錄音機里讓你聽(tīng)的部分，加上填好正確答案題面，全都背下來(lái)。

其實(shí)就跟背句子和短文一樣，最后把整套聽(tīng)力都背完了。

背聽(tīng)力的用意是，只要你會(huì )說(shuō)的內容，你一定聽(tīng)得懂。而在背聽(tīng)力原文的過(guò)程中，再對比題面，你就能很清楚地意識到那些聽(tīng)力中最常出現的“陷阱”是怎么回事，從而讓聽(tīng)力變得無(wú)比簡(jiǎn)單。

說(shuō)句實(shí)在話(huà)，聽(tīng)力的原文你一旦弄懂了，其實(shí)會(huì )發(fā)現比閱讀理解簡(jiǎn)單許多，大概是因為國內學(xué)生普遍是聽(tīng)說(shuō)不如讀寫(xiě)，所以聽(tīng)力題的原文難度也相應的沒(méi)那么高。

此外，背聽(tīng)力題的過(guò)程本身就對提升口語(yǔ)水平有幫助，口語(yǔ)就是你積累的用法和表達方式越多，就越能順暢地表達自己意思的技能，如果在現有的基礎還想再提升口語(yǔ)的話(huà)，就多背句子和文章，每天積累一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，持續下來(lái)你就會(huì )發(fā)現英語(yǔ)對自己越來(lái)越簡(jiǎn)單了。

至于參加英語(yǔ)角、看原聲電影以及其它各種，都是你積累的途徑而已，選擇什么不重要，重要的是每天都要前進(jìn)，持續行動(dòng)，才能見(jiàn)效。
