臀部鉸鏈能夠固定軀干，讓身體穩定，以人體最強的獨立肌肉臀大肌為發(fā)起點(diǎn)，讓身體成為一個(gè)穩定的三角形，起到完全保護軀干承受負荷與沖擊的作用。

學(xué)習臀部鉸鏈（hiphinge）對于初學(xué)者是一件非常難的事情，它需要整個(gè)身體后鏈（entireposteriorchain）的力量協(xié)調，臀部、豎脊肌和腘繩肌需要一起協(xié)同工作，使得軀干前傾，同時(shí)保持脊柱和骨盆的中立位。

一般學(xué)習硬拉，你首先學(xué)會(huì )怎樣在臀部鉸鏈這個(gè)動(dòng)作下保持脊柱的中立位置。

你要知道，力量舉選手是經(jīng)歷長(cháng)年的訓練，脊柱附近的肌肉（核心區）極其強健，而且，弓背硬拉的技術(shù)是為了縮短力臂，節省力量。但對于廣大健身愛(ài)好者來(lái)說(shuō)，硬拉是為了訓練脊柱穩定性，在剛開(kāi)始學(xué)習硬拉的時(shí)候，必須保持脊柱中立學(xué)習提高核心區肌肉的穩定性，增加力臂，增加發(fā)力難度，用更小的重量都可以達到更好的訓練效果。記住，就算你要參加力量舉比賽，你也應該從脊柱中立開(kāi)始學(xué)習，弓背硬拉是滿(mǎn)級解鎖技能。

以下有一個(gè)本人翻譯制作的硬拉要點(diǎn)示范圖，大家可以參考：

這里有必要解釋一下幾種硬拉的變式，左圖是傳統硬拉，右圖是羅馬尼亞硬拉：

與傳統硬拉相比，羅馬尼亞硬拉會(huì )動(dòng)用更多的后側運動(dòng)鏈（Posterior Chain）的肌肉，也就是腘繩肌、臀部與下背部的肌肉，如果想打造翹臀，增強腘繩肌，一般推薦羅馬尼亞硬拉。因為，你的前側運動(dòng)鏈（Anterior Chain）——股四頭肌等，可能在深蹲中練很多，傳統硬拉與深蹲的發(fā)力極其相似，所以，沒(méi)必要重復太多類(lèi)似的訓練。

當然，如果你要訓練高翻、抓舉等動(dòng)作，傳統硬拉是基礎技術(shù)。

還有就是，要說(shuō)一下，羅馬尼亞與直腿硬拉，還有完全直腿硬拉的區別，其實(shí)在于膝關(guān)節的角度。

幾個(gè)硬拉的區別是——當你腿部越直，對于腘繩肌的負荷越大，當你屈膝時(shí)，對于臀部的刺激越高。你可以簡(jiǎn)單理解為——你想練腘繩肌，你練直腿；你想練臀部，練羅馬尼亞硬拉（雖然這樣理解不夠全面，但是初學(xué)者可以這樣想）。

當然，你可以按照你的訓練目標和喜好選擇，我更建議每周訓練不同的硬拉，讓你的訓練可以更全面。
