但是不包括非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞(to do, doing, done)。
謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞I hate smoking.
I am telling you the truth.
You should do him a favor.
系動(dòng)詞Moscow is the capital of Russia.
Fearing that the number of people killed could eventually be in the thousands, rescue workers were only just starting to take stock of the wreckage — pulling out survivors buried under the rubble from a collapsed hotel, treating patients in tents and racing to get food and water to survivors. 上文說(shuō)了,單獨的分詞不能構成謂語(yǔ),所以動(dòng)詞只有一個(gè):were only just starting。
那么主干就是 rescue workers were starting to do something.
