塊狀奶油如何打發(fā)?
首先要問(wèn),那東西是butter還是Cream? 中文食品官方的譯法是吧butter翻譯成奶油的,也就是平時(shí)通用稱(chēng)之為“黃油”的東西, 而Cream是被翻譯成稀奶油(或者稱(chēng)之為淡奶),就是指一般蛋糕上打發(fā)的鮮奶油 。
