外企人的英文水平因公司而異，因崗位而異，總體來(lái)說(shuō)是參差不齊的：有的工作可能需要更多和老外接觸，而有的工作只需要和國內客戶(hù)打交道。

其實(shí)，這也很正常。

但總體來(lái)說(shuō)，外企在招聘的時(shí)候會(huì )普遍關(guān)心應聘者的英文水平。你的英文OK，進(jìn)入外企的勝算當然就OK。

一般來(lái)說(shuō)，和外國同事交流有英語(yǔ)6級水平就可以了，而你若是只需要回復回復英文郵件，4級就夠用了。

當然，有一些外企員工是在國外留學(xué)幾年回來(lái)的海歸，他們的英文自然流暢自然一些。

現在很多人在學(xué)校學(xué)的是啞巴英語(yǔ)，交流的時(shí)候不怎么自如，這算是硬傷。如果你的口語(yǔ)很棒，在外企當然很吃香。

外企人真實(shí)的英語(yǔ)水平是什么樣的？到底什么樣的英語(yǔ)水平可以勝任外企的工作？

首先，我跟你說(shuō)一句實(shí)話(huà)，當你真的進(jìn)來(lái)的時(shí)候，就會(huì )發(fā)現外企很多員工只是頂著(zhù)光環(huán)而已，至于實(shí)力和外面的私企民企很多時(shí)候相差不大。

除非你進(jìn)的是辦公室里面有40%老外和你做同事，那你英語(yǔ)就真的要很好。否則，比如說(shuō)GE,西門(mén)子一類(lèi)的，銷(xiāo)售工程師或者客服一類(lèi)的英文也就是夠用就行了，就是能寫(xiě)英文郵件能看懂英文郵件就夠用了。要是還能聽(tīng)懂國外boss或者專(zhuān)家的聊天和對話(huà)，那就很贊了。

其次，坦率的說(shuō)，如果你的英文足夠好，好的接近于母語(yǔ)，能聽(tīng)得懂深度的段子（國外文化的那種），那絕對是如虎添翼。

最后，至于什么水平，大英六級是必備的條件，如果你經(jīng)濟寬裕的話(huà)，我建議你最好考一個(gè)托福雅思一類(lèi)的。因為這類(lèi)的考試比大英四六級更為全面考察你的英文語(yǔ)言水平的能力，外企是很看重的。這也是我十年前有機會(huì )參加世界500強的面試的一個(gè)敲門(mén)磚吧。大學(xué)里面的空閑時(shí)間相比較上班工作之后，真的是太多了，所以，如果有志于要從事外企工作的你，請一定要修煉自己的英語(yǔ)，尤其是口語(yǔ)，口語(yǔ)為王，口語(yǔ)為王，口語(yǔ)為王。
