如何根據腳型選擇合適的跑鞋？

跑步的時(shí)候，有騰空有落地，腳部和膝蓋需要承受超過(guò)站立三倍以上的壓力沖擊（速度越快沖擊力越大，當然也有些跑步技術(shù)如姿勢跑法能有效減少沖擊力），如果不了解足型而隨意選擇跑鞋，長(cháng)期或劇烈跑步之后將會(huì )對膝蓋、腳踝等關(guān)節部位造成運動(dòng)損傷，因此在選擇跑鞋前，我們必須了解足型和足的落地方式，尤其是新手和體重較大的人群。

簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)足型分為三大類(lèi)：正常內旋，內旋過(guò)度（足外翻），內旋不足（足內翻）。

（1）正常內旋：腳底與地面之間基本保持平穩。跑步蹬地時(shí)，前掌整體發(fā)力，而內側是主要發(fā)力區，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，正常內旋的跑者鞋底前后掌磨損比較均勻。

（2）內旋過(guò)度：跑步蹬地時(shí)，大母腳趾以及足內側提供了絕大部分起步時(shí)所需的推動(dòng)力。跑步時(shí)的穩定性較差，對于足部以及腿部會(huì )有較高的支撐要求，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，過(guò)度內旋跑者舊跑鞋的前掌大拇指以及內側和后掌外側磨損會(huì )更嚴重一些。

（3）內旋不足：跑步時(shí)，足部外側與地面接觸較多，蹬地過(guò)程以前掌外側為主要發(fā)力點(diǎn)。內旋不足的跑者，大部分沖擊力以及身體重量都壓在足部、腿部外側，對于緩震的要求較高，對于內旋不足的跑者來(lái)說(shuō)，舊跑鞋的外側磨損會(huì )更為明顯。

一般來(lái)說(shuō)你，低足弓（扁平足）的跑者往往會(huì )出現過(guò)度內旋的情況。高足弓的跑者會(huì )比較難準確判定，既有可能是內旋不足，也存在正常內旋的情況。若需要準確判定，則應進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)足底壓力測試和跑姿評估。

以下提供了挑選跑鞋的方法：

（1）對于高足弓或有輕微的內八字、內旋不足的跑者，則建議選擇緩沖型減震跑鞋。此類(lèi)跑鞋較為輕便，中底的緩震性能較強，減震墊較厚，能夠有效吸收對腳部的沖擊，同時(shí)也適合體型較小的人和初學(xué)者穿著(zhù)。

（2）對于低足弓、走路偏外八字、內旋過(guò)度的跑者，則建議選擇穩定支撐型跑鞋，此類(lèi)跑鞋有足中部的支撐和中底的緩震性，給足弓中部提供了足夠的支撐。

（3）對于低足弓或扁平足、走路外八字、腿型偏向X型、腳踝曾經(jīng)受傷，則建議選擇控制型跑鞋。此類(lèi)跑鞋在鞋底中部使用了加強的支撐，能夠對足弓和腳跟提供支撐及步姿矯正，一定程度上避免意外受傷，由于具有較好的支撐和強度，此類(lèi)跑鞋較適合體重基數較大的人群。

如何根據腳型選擇合適的跑鞋？

簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)就是根據自己的腳是不是高低足弓，是不是內外旋足，體重大小，跑姿，跑量來(lái)選擇適合自己的跑鞋。

高低足弓比較容易理解，看腳背高低就行，和別人對比一下就知道了。

內外旋足有點(diǎn)不太好區分，以左腳為例看下圖。

跑姿主要是前腳掌著(zhù)地，全腳掌著(zhù)地和后腳跟著(zhù)地三種著(zhù)地方式，前腳掌著(zhù)地速度較快，需要一定的運動(dòng)基礎，最接近自然跑，對腳踝和小腿要求較高。后腳跟著(zhù)地適合初級跑者，但是對膝關(guān)節和髖關(guān)節沖擊較大，速度較慢。全腳掌著(zhù)地比較好，速度適中，初級跑者也比較容易掌握，對膝蓋和髖關(guān)節沖擊較小。三種跑姿都有相對應的專(zhuān)用跑鞋。需要指出的是隨著(zhù)緩震技術(shù)的發(fā)展，無(wú)論是材料緩震還是結構緩震，目前都能為后腳跟著(zhù)地的跑者提供足夠的緩震以保護膝蓋和髖關(guān)節。下面兩個(gè)圖都是全掌著(zhù)地跑姿。

跑量，一般跑鞋周跑量都是10-60公里，足夠一般跑者跑步，如果經(jīng)常跑步，最好買(mǎi)兩雙跑鞋換著(zhù)穿。

體重，有的跑鞋對跑者體重要求，這種跑鞋相對較好，對于什么要求都沒(méi)有的大部分國產(chǎn)跑鞋來(lái)說(shuō)，要慎重購買(mǎi)。

另外不同跑速和單次跑量也是選擇跑鞋的重要參考因素，除非準備跑馬，否則不建議選擇馬拉松跑鞋，下圖是根據自己跑量和跑姿選擇跑鞋的一個(gè)小建議。
