去全球化不就是美國人自己在說(shuō)的嘛,嚴重依賴(lài)出口的德國,中國,日本,韓國。。。哪個(gè)愿意去全球化?海外市場(chǎng)不要了?美國人之所要去全球化,是覺(jué)得自己在全球化中吃虧了。這是典型的南郭先生救的狼,覺(jué)得自己吃虧, 那你從全球化中受的益怎么不說(shuō)?你在全球化中爭取到的領(lǐng)導地位怎么不提?
美國人去全球化有兩個(gè)措施,一個(gè)是把供應鏈搬回美國,一個(gè)是搞貿易戰,遏制中國高科技發(fā)展。這倆措施從短期看的確可以受益。供應鏈搬回美國最直接受益的就是本國的工薪階層,可以增加工作機會(huì );搞貿易戰可以打擊中國出口,遏制中國科技,可以保持自己牢牢占據食物鏈頂端。
但這只是短期內受益而已。反正特朗普最多不過(guò)連任2屆,他的政策這段時(shí)間內起作用就可以了。但是去全球化的長(cháng)期結果就是,美國將失去他的領(lǐng)導地位。因為任何國家也拗不過(guò)客觀(guān)經(jīng)濟規律的大腿,去全球化的代價(jià)只能是本國出產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品成本升高,市場(chǎng)競爭力降低;七傷拳傷別人也傷自己。反正我是真想不明白踹別人一腳自己挨一拳有什么好處,不打別人自己也不挨打不是更好嗎?
而且即便制造業(yè)回流美國,美國資本家也不傻,所以必然是更多的采用機器人代替人工來(lái)降低成本。那么跟著(zhù)川普一起吆喝的民粹,最終發(fā)現Make American Great Again的目的是得到了,只是沒(méi)自己什么份兒。就連在美國設廠(chǎng)的富士康,也是采用大量的機器人,能給美國解決多少就業(yè)問(wèn)題呢?
不過(guò)隨著(zhù)這次新冠**在美國的爆發(fā),美國去全球化和圍堵中國的意愿更加堅定,這次**爆發(fā),美國自己連呼吸機都不能自產(chǎn),還要加價(jià)從中國購買(mǎi),這也進(jìn)一步加劇了美國人內心的不安,所以這個(gè)趨勢看來(lái)是不可避免了。
