跑酷中常用的術(shù)語(yǔ)？

1. 基本落地（landing）從低往高練，先前腳掌著(zhù)地，后雙手著(zhù)地（防止顛倒），盡量聲音小。

2. 翻滾（roll）跑酷最主要的動(dòng)作，落地做翻滾時(shí)可以緩沖沖擊力。

3. 落地翻滾（rolling）從高處跳下時(shí)，把沖擊力轉換成向前的沖力，且能到達接下個(gè)動(dòng)作。

4. 魚(yú)躍翻滾（swan dive）一種翻滾的延翻越伸，一般用身體翻越過(guò)障礙物（熟練者可以到達無(wú)聲無(wú)息的效果）。

熟練魚(yú)躍翻滾對練習其它動(dòng)作有很大的幫助。

5. 平衡（balance）練習身體的協(xié)調性，在高處或者狹隘的欄桿、建筑物等不至于站不穩。

6. 貓爬，貓式平衡（cat balance）比走欄桿更保險的單線(xiàn)穿越法，姿勢很重要，身體應該盡量與欄桿平行，控制平衡點(diǎn)在兩手握住欄桿。

在跑酷中這個(gè)動(dòng)作很少用到，不過(guò)遇到一些特殊環(huán)境就起到重要作用了。

7. 單腳跳遠（precision one foot take off）跑起來(lái)后許多動(dòng)作都是一腳發(fā)力做跳躍或者攀爬，鍛煉單腳發(fā)力。

8. 精準跳遠（precision 2 footed take off）慢慢從大目標練到小目標，不可操之過(guò)急，不然很危險，同時(shí)是基本落地的升華式，要求腳部有良好的定力。

延伸動(dòng)作助跑精確（running precision）。

9. 側手反抓欄桿（dismount）在高處過(guò)欄桿準備下跳前的保險式。

10. 側手反抓墻（turn vault）與側手反抓欄桿不同，欄桿可以用手握住，比較牢，這個(gè)只是一個(gè)面，用手掌面或者中間起老繭的地方在面上固定身體保持平衡。

11. 快速上墻（wall run）助跑后單腳蹬墻（前腳掌與墻面45%，主要初學(xué)者在單腳蹬后，另一只腳不能再蹬）雙手抓墻后引體向上。

12. 蹬墻跳（tic tac）跑墻的第一式，一只腳接觸墻面發(fā)力。

13. 蹬墻定點(diǎn)（tic tac to precision）蹬墻后精確到達目標。

14. 夾墻（crane）夾墻對高不高底不底物體一種快速攀爬方式，一步跨上另一條腿在下方起杠桿作用支撐身體保持平衡。

15. 月亮步（moonstep）助跑，單腿蹬墻向上，騰空中快速再蹬墻。

在練習此動(dòng)作之前，要求蹬墻能力到達爐火純青。

16. 貓撲（catleap）上墻或者上物體的前式，把自己固定在障礙物下好接下一動(dòng)作。

17. 反貓撲（180% cat）瞪墻加180%轉身加貓撲的結合式。
