which,簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)你看到及物動(dòng)詞那么就加which如果不及物動(dòng)詞就加where或者in

which.

where相當于in which

這句里的which是用來(lái)修飾a place 的

可以這樣理解的：I have long wanted to visit a place.

這里的visit是及物動(dòng)詞 a place是它的賓語(yǔ)

換成定語(yǔ)從句里的，which代指a place,可以作為visit的賓語(yǔ)，而where不行，假如這里的不是visit，而是一個(gè)不及物動(dòng)詞的話(huà)，那么就可以用where啦。
