你好 熱噴涂主要有兩大類(lèi)工藝

一，防腐類(lèi)（包括某些裝飾性涂層），如：噴鋅、噴鋁。

1，噴砂處理。

2，噴涂金屬材料。

二，修復類(lèi)，如軸類(lèi)的修復。

1，車(chē)床加工，將欲修復的軸尺寸適當車(chē)??；

2，去油；

3，拉毛（對于尺寸較小的軸），車(chē)螺紋后再拉毛（對于尺寸較大的軸）；

4，噴涂金屬材料；

5，磨床加工。

說(shuō)明熱噴涂的主要工藝過(guò)程

熱噴涂工藝通常包括：表面預處理、預熱、噴涂、涂層后處理等。

(一）表面預處理

表面預處理分為：凈化處理 (Cleaning Treatment)、粗化處理 (Roughing Treatment)

凈化處理常用的幾種方法：

1）溶劑清洗法: 常用的溶劑有汽油、煤油、柴油、丙酮、酒精、三氯乙烯、四氯化碳等。清洗的方法有浸泡和擦刷法、噴淋脫脂法。

2）蒸氣清洗法：常用的溶劑一般為三氯乙烯、四氯化碳等。

3）堿洗法：堿洗法是將工件表面放到氫氧化鈉或碳酸鈉等堿性溶液中，待工件表面的油脂溶解后，再用水沖洗干凈。

4）加熱脫脂法：將疏松工件表面加熱到250~450℃的溫度，使油脂滲出表面，揮發(fā)燒掉，然后再加以清除。

粗化處理的目的：增加涂層和基材表面之間的接觸面；使凈化處理的表面更加活化，提高涂層的結合強度；改變涂層中殘余應力的分布。常用方法：噴砂、機械加工法、電拉毛及噴涂自粘結材料作結合底層等。

1）噴砂處理 (Grit Blasting)

目的：(a) 清除表面的污物；(b) 使表面獲得一定的粗糙度；(c) 能使工件表面產(chǎn)生殘余壓應力，可提高工件表面的疲勞強度；(d) 能使工件表面活化，有助于提高噴涂層的結合強度。

常用的磨料及粒度：剛玉砂、激冷鐵砂、帶棱角的鋼砂、碳化硅砂、金剛砂等。噴砂粗化時(shí)砂粒粒度多是將粗（20目左右）、細（40目左右）兩種砂?；旌鲜褂?。噴砂的方式：射吸式、壓力式、離心式三種。

2）機械加工法 (Machining)

a) 原理：采用機械切削和鑿、滾壓等方法對噴涂表面進(jìn)行粗化預處理，多用于軸類(lèi)零件。對于平面部件，也采用開(kāi)槽處理。

b) 粗化方法：車(chē)毛螺紋、車(chē)溝槽-滾花及平面開(kāi)槽等，但對于承受疲勞載荷的軸類(lèi)零件不宜采用車(chē)螺紋粗化。

c) 應用：適用于可進(jìn)行切削加工的鋼材和有色金屬基材。在需要制備較厚的涂層或需要適應較苛刻的載荷條件時(shí)，采用先機械加工粗化，然后，再?lài)娚暗姆椒塬@得良好的效果。

3）電拉毛粗化 (Electrical DischargeRoughing)

a) 原理：電拉毛是采用鎳條作電極接在電源的一端，工件接另一端，當作為電極的鎳條在工件上劃擦時(shí)，在接觸處產(chǎn)生電火花，因電熱造成局部熔化，鎳條熔粘在工件表面。這樣反復劃擦，便在工件上形成覆蓋有熔化金屬層的粗糙表面。

b) 應用：電拉毛適用于工件硬度較高又不能采用噴砂或機械加工的工件表面的粗化處理。由于電拉毛產(chǎn)生了放電痕對基材的切割作用，工件的疲勞壽命會(huì )下降。

4）噴涂粘結底層

a) 原理: 某些材料能在光滑表面上形成具有一定粘結強度、潔凈、粗糙、活性高的涂層，再在其上面噴涂其它性能的涂層，這種作為過(guò)渡層的涂層一般稱(chēng)為粘結底層，噴涂粘結底層用的材料稱(chēng)為自粘結材料。

b) 常用的自粘結材料：Ni-Al和Mo；Ni-Cr、NiCrAl合金或MCrAlY(M：Ni、Co、Fe)。

c) 底層厚度：一般在0.08~0.12mm范圍內較合適。

(二)　預熱 ( Preheating)

1.目的：消除工作表面的水分和濕氣；提高噴涂粒子與工件接觸時(shí)的界面溫度；減少因工件熱膨脹造成的涂層應力，避免涂層開(kāi)裂，提高涂層與基材的結合強度。

2.預熱溫度：取決于工件的大小、形狀和材質(zhì)及噴涂材料的熱膨脹系數。一般情況下預熱溫度控制在60~120℃之間。

3.預熱的方法：采用氧乙炔火焰加熱，也可以用電爐、高頻爐加熱。

（三）噴涂 ( Spraying)

1.制備好的工件表面要在盡量短的時(shí)間 (2h-4h) 內進(jìn)行噴涂。

2.噴涂工藝參數要根據涂層種類(lèi)、噴**性能和工件的具體情況而定, 對于不同的噴涂方法都有相應的噴涂參數。

3.控制噴涂參數的目的是為了提高噴涂速率，增加涂層的致密度，提高涂層的結合強度，得到高質(zhì)量的涂層。

（四）涂層的后處理 ( Post-treating)

1.噴涂后得到的涂層有時(shí)不能直接使用。

2.對于防腐涂層，為了防止介質(zhì)進(jìn)入涂層到達基材需進(jìn)行封孔處理。封孔劑應根據工作環(huán)境介質(zhì)的性質(zhì)、成本等因素來(lái)考慮。

3.對于承受高應力載荷或沖擊磨損的工件，要對噴涂層進(jìn)行重熔處理，使疏松多孔與基材主要靠機械結合的涂層變?yōu)榕c基體是冶金結合的致密?chē)娙蹖印?/p>

4.有尺寸精度要求的工件要進(jìn)行機械加工，由于噴涂層本身的一些特性，決定了它與一般金屬材料不同的加工特點(diǎn)。所以，必須選用合理的加工方法和相應的工藝參數，才能保證機械加工的順利進(jìn)行和所要求的尺寸精度。
