opencv sift 怎么用

OPENCV下SIFT特征點(diǎn)提取與匹配的大致流程如下：

讀取圖片-》特征點(diǎn)檢測（位置，角度，層）-》特征點(diǎn)描述的提?。?6*8維的特征向量）-》匹配-》顯示

其中，特征點(diǎn)提取主要有兩個(gè)步驟，見(jiàn)上行黃子部分。下面做具體分析。

1、使用opencv內置的庫讀取兩幅圖片

2、生成一個(gè)SiftFeatureDetector的對象，這個(gè)對象顧名思義就是SIFT特征的探測器，用它來(lái)探測衣服圖片中SIFT點(diǎn)的特征，存到一個(gè)KeyPoint類(lèi)型的vector中。這里有必要說(shuō)keypoint的數據結構，涉及內容較多，具體分析查看opencv中keypoint數據結構分析，里面講的自認為講的還算詳細（表打我……）。簡(jiǎn)而言之最重要的一點(diǎn)在于：

keypoint只是保存了opencv的sift庫檢測到的特征點(diǎn)的一些基本信息，但sift所提取出來(lái)的特征向量其實(shí)不是在這個(gè)里面，特征向量通過(guò)SiftDescriptorExtractor 提取，結果放在一個(gè)Mat的數據結構中。這個(gè)數據結構才真正保存了該特征點(diǎn)所對應的特征向量。具體見(jiàn)后文對SiftDescriptorExtractor 所生成的對象的詳解。

就因為這點(diǎn)沒(méi)有理解明白耽誤了一上午的時(shí)間?？匏?！

3、對圖像所有KEYPOINT提取其特征向量：

得到keypoint只是達到了關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的位置，方向等信息，并無(wú)該特征點(diǎn)的特征向量，要想提取得到特征向量就還要進(jìn)行SiftDescriptorExtractor

的工作，建立了SiftDescriptorExtractor

對象后，通過(guò)該對象，對之前SIFT產(chǎn)生的特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行遍歷，找到該特征點(diǎn)所對應的128維特征向量。具體方法參見(jiàn)opencv中SiftDescriptorExtractor所做的SIFT特征向量提取工作簡(jiǎn)單分析。通過(guò)這一步后，所有keypoint關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的特征向量被保存到了一個(gè)MAT的數據結構中，作為特征。

4、對兩幅圖的特征向量進(jìn)行匹配，得到匹配值。

兩幅圖片的特征向量被提取出來(lái)后，我們就可以使用BruteForceMatcher對象對兩幅圖片的descriptor進(jìn)行匹配，得到匹配的結果到matches中。

至此，SIFT從特征點(diǎn)的探測到最后的匹配都已經(jīng)完成，雖然匹配部分不甚了解，只掃對于如何使用OPENCV進(jìn)行sift特征的提取有了一定的理解。接下來(lái)可以開(kāi)始進(jìn)行下一步的工作了。

像配準技術(shù)是怎么實(shí)現像的特征匹配的

SIFT特征描述對于部分物體遮蔽的偵測率也相當高，甚至只需要3個(gè)以上的SIFT物體特征就足以計算出位置與方位。在現今的電腦硬件速度下和小型的特征數據庫條件下，辨識速度可接近即時(shí)運算。SIFT特征的信息量大，適合在海量數據庫中快速準確匹配。SIFT特征是基于物體上的一些局部外觀(guān)的興趣點(diǎn)而與影像的大小和旋轉無(wú)關(guān)。對于光線(xiàn)、噪聲、微視角改變的容忍度也相當高?；谶@些特性，它們是高度顯著(zhù)而且相對容易擷取，在母數龐大的特征數據庫中，很容易辨識物體而且鮮有誤認。
