——數是描述以這個(gè)名稱(chēng)命名的一個(gè)或多于一個(gè)這種對象的文法格式。

1.3. 數有兩種,單數( singular number )，表示一個(gè)：例如， star，child ；復數( plural number )，表示超過(guò)一個(gè)，例如， stars，children 。

1.4. 復數的格式

組成名詞復數有兩種方式：即， 詞尾變換 ( by inflection )和 詞根變換 ( by radical change )。
