拋錨式教學(xué)策略由這樣幾個(gè)步驟組成:

創(chuàng )設情境——使學(xué)習能在和現實(shí)情況基本一致或相類(lèi)似的情境中發(fā)生.

確定問(wèn)題——在上述情境下,選擇出與當前學(xué)習主題密切相關(guān)的真實(shí)性事件或問(wèn)題作為學(xué)習的中心內容(讓學(xué)生面臨一個(gè)需要立即去解決的現實(shí)問(wèn)題).選出的事件或問(wèn)題就是“錨”,這一環(huán)節的作用就是 “拋錨”.

自主學(xué)習——教師不能直接告訴學(xué)生應當如何去解決面臨的問(wèn)題,而是由教師向學(xué)生提供解決該問(wèn)題的有關(guān)線(xiàn)索,例如需要搜集哪一類(lèi)資料、從何獲取有關(guān)的信息資源以及現實(shí)中專(zhuān)家解決類(lèi)似問(wèn)題的探索過(guò)程等,并要注意發(fā)展學(xué)生的“自主學(xué)習”能力.

支架式教學(xué)(Scaffolding Instruction)應當為學(xué)習者建構一種對知識理解的概念框架,用于促進(jìn)學(xué)習者對問(wèn)題的進(jìn)一步理解.因此,事先要把復雜的學(xué)習任務(wù)加以分解,以便于把學(xué)習者的理解逐步引向深入.

這種教學(xué)思想來(lái)源于蘇聯(lián)著(zhù)名心理學(xué)家維果斯基的“最鄰近發(fā)展區”理論.維果斯基認為,在兒童智力活動(dòng)中,所要解決的問(wèn)題和兒童的能力之間可能存在差異,通過(guò)教學(xué),兒童在教師的幫助下可以消除這種差異,這個(gè)差異就是“最鄰近發(fā)展區”.換句話(huà)說(shuō),兒童獨立解決問(wèn)題時(shí)的實(shí)際發(fā)展水平(第一個(gè)發(fā)展水平)和教師指導下解決問(wèn)題時(shí)的潛在發(fā)展水平(第二個(gè)發(fā)展水平)之間的距離,就是“最鄰近發(fā)展區”.兒童的第一個(gè)發(fā)展水平與第二個(gè)發(fā)展水平之間的狀態(tài)是由教學(xué)決定的,教學(xué)可以創(chuàng )造“最鄰近發(fā)展區”.因此教學(xué)絕不應消極地適應兒童已有的智力發(fā)展水平,而應當走在發(fā)展的前面,不停頓地把兒童的智力從一個(gè)水平引導到另一個(gè)新的更高的水平.

建構主義者正是從維果斯基的思想出發(fā),借用建筑行業(yè)中使用的“腳手架”(Scaffolding)作為對上述概念框架的形象化比喻,其實(shí)質(zhì)是利用上述概念框架作為學(xué)習過(guò)程中的腳手架.通過(guò)這種腳手架的支撐作用(或曰“支架作用”),不停頓地把學(xué)生的智力從一個(gè)水平提升到另一個(gè)新的更高水平,真正做到使教學(xué)走在發(fā)展的前面.

支架式教學(xué)由以下幾個(gè)環(huán)節組成.

（1）搭腳手架

圍繞當前學(xué)習主題,按“最鄰近發(fā)展區”的要求建立概念框架.

（2）進(jìn)入情境

將學(xué)生引入一定的問(wèn)題情境(概念框架中的某個(gè)節點(diǎn)).

（3）獨立探索

讓學(xué)生獨立探索.探索內容包括：確定與給定概念有關(guān)的各種屬性,并將各種屬性按其重要性大小順序排列.探索開(kāi)始時(shí)要先由教師啟發(fā)引導(例如演示或介紹理解類(lèi)似概念的過(guò)程),然后讓學(xué)生自己去分析；探索過(guò)程中教師要適時(shí)提示,幫助學(xué)生沿概念框架逐步攀升.起初的引導、幫助可以多一些,以后逐漸減少——愈來(lái)愈多地放手讓學(xué)生自己探索；最后要爭取做到無(wú)須教師引導,學(xué)生自己能在概念框架中繼續攀升.

（4）合作學(xué)習

進(jìn)行小組協(xié)商、討論.討論的結果有可能使原來(lái)確定的、與當前所學(xué)概念有關(guān)的屬性增加或減少,各種屬性的排列次序也可能有所調整,并使原來(lái)多種意見(jiàn)相互矛盾且態(tài)度紛呈的復雜局面逐漸變得明朗、一致起來(lái),在共享集體思維成果的基礎上達到對當前所學(xué)概念比較全面、正確的理解,即最終完成對所學(xué)知識的意義建構.
