一、 crossroads和crossing都可以表示十字路口,也就是兩條道路交叉的地方,如:

二、crossing可以表示人行橫道,crossroads沒(méi)有這個(gè)意思。

人行橫道線(xiàn)(crosswaik)俗稱(chēng)斑馬線(xiàn),是由一條一條的白色線(xiàn)組成的主要是供行人穿越馬路之用。

行人走穿越馬路要走人行橫道線(xiàn)是法律規定的,這樣能保證生命財產(chǎn)安全。
