什么是行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)？

什么是行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)？

行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的翻譯總是容易讓人誤解，因為在中國人的認知中經(jīng)濟學(xué)就是研究人的 經(jīng)濟行為的東西，何以在前面再加上一個(gè)“行為”呢？其實(shí)行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的英文名字是“Behavioral Economics”，這個(gè)“behavioral”的意思，更多的是在說(shuō)以往的經(jīng)濟學(xué)只是理論上的，并不能完全反應現實(shí)世界中人們的行為，進(jìn)而需要能反應真實(shí)行為的經(jīng)濟學(xué)，所以才被稱(chēng)為“行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)”。行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的核心就是：將心理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟學(xué)結合起來(lái)，以發(fā)現現今經(jīng)濟學(xué)模型中的錯誤或遺漏，進(jìn)而修正主流經(jīng)濟學(xué)關(guān)于人的理性、自利、完全信息、效用最大化及偏好一致基本假設的不足。

行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)并不是新近發(fā)展起來(lái)的東西，只不過(guò)在1950-1990的時(shí)候，它在主流研究中沒(méi)有收到多少關(guān)注。那個(gè)時(shí)候，“理性人假設”是最廣泛的假設，大多數研究者雖然可能對此抱有懷疑，但是沒(méi)有太多的證據表明它不對。而“于黑暗中高舉火把前行”正是偉大的科學(xué)家的優(yōu)良品質(zhì)。心理學(xué)家丹尼爾·卡尼曼和阿莫斯·特沃斯基合作了幾十年，發(fā)表了多篇文章，對人們在不確定性環(huán)境中的行為進(jìn)行了系統的研究，發(fā)現了“錨定效應”和“損失厭惡”，并提出了“前景理論”。最終丹尼爾·卡尼曼獲得了2002年諾貝爾經(jīng)濟學(xué)獎，而阿莫斯·特沃斯基已經(jīng)在1996年英年早逝。除此之外，理查德·塞勒因其在行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)領(lǐng)域的卓越貢獻，獲得2017年諾貝爾經(jīng)濟學(xué)獎?？茖W(xué)家的論文我們不必去看，丹尼爾·卡尼曼寫(xiě)了一本《思考，快與慢》，在中國還掀起了不小的熱度；理查德·塞勒也寫(xiě)過(guò)一本《助推》，讀來(lái)也讓人覺(jué)得醍醐灌頂。

行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)三大假設

針對主流經(jīng)濟學(xué)的“理性人”假設，塞勒在2001年的“行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)”一文中強調，人性有“三重有限性”（three bounds of human nature），即，

“有限的理性”（bounded rationality），

“有限的意志力”（bounded willpower），

“有限的自利”（bounded selfishness）。

這三個(gè)有限性，構成了行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的三個(gè)基本假設，其中又以有限理性假設最為核心。通過(guò)這三個(gè)假設，我們可以理解上面提到的兩個(gè)效應：

錨定效應：指當人們需要對某個(gè)事件做定量估測時(shí)，會(huì )將某些特定數值作為起始值，起始值像錨一樣制約著(zhù)估測值。在做決策的時(shí)候，會(huì )不自覺(jué)地給予最初獲得的信息過(guò)多的重視。舉例來(lái)講，假設A店和B店都陳列完全一樣的100塊混裝餅干。A店主要是賣(mài)50塊左右的餅干為主，所以客人看到100塊的商品，會(huì )覺(jué)得“貴”。但是B店大多是賣(mài)價(jià)格在150塊的餅干，看到100塊的混裝餅干，會(huì )覺(jué)得“便宜”。

損失厭惡：指人們面對同樣數量的收益和損失時(shí)，認為損失更加令他們難以忍受。 同量的損失帶來(lái)的負效用為同量收益的正效用的2.5倍。舉例來(lái)講，你撿了5塊錢(qián)和丟了5塊錢(qián)，丟錢(qián)這件事會(huì )讓你更為記憶深刻。

行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)未來(lái)

以上是行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的綜述。但是我并不想多回顧行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的現狀，反而像多聊聊行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的未來(lái)。按照上面我們所講，行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)是心理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟學(xué)的結合，其實(shí)原本心理學(xué)實(shí)驗就是一個(gè)很難做的事情，因為有太多不可控的因素，比如研究者的偏好，參與者的自身差異以及時(shí)間地點(diǎn)這類(lèi)的外部因素，甚至隨著(zhù)時(shí)代的變化結論都不同；驗證一個(gè)經(jīng)濟學(xué)的模型也是很難的——而行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)把兩個(gè)難題放在了一起，這就是的難度呈現幾何倍數的增長(cháng)。

但是“電子游戲”為人們做心理學(xué)甚至經(jīng)濟學(xué)實(shí)驗提供了一個(gè)絕佳的環(huán)境。電子游戲可以模擬出人們在現實(shí)生活中不同的實(shí)驗場(chǎng)景，甚至可以驗證人們在面對車(chē)禍這類(lèi)會(huì )造成極大傷害的事件的反應。電子游戲的沉浸感也避免了調查問(wèn)卷之類(lèi)的造成的不真實(shí)感。同時(shí)，參與電子游戲的人能夠達到足夠數量，不必需要研究者因為經(jīng)費的問(wèn)題只能進(jìn)行小范圍的實(shí)驗。同時(shí)現在的大數據和人工智能算法的興起，可以在大量的人們的行為數據中發(fā)現新的行為模式，并且對行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)的模型進(jìn)行驗證。我想，隨著(zhù)這類(lèi)實(shí)驗方法的應用，行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)可以幫助我們更好地理解人會(huì )做什么以及人為什么會(huì )做什么。
