我是在國外學(xué)經(jīng)濟的，來(lái)現丑一下，多多包涵~~~~

1）company是商界的任何一個(gè)從事商業(yè)的企業(yè)，可以是獨資、合資或是股份有限公司。一般用company是針對的是某一個(gè)特定的公司。例如說(shuō)“我們公司”這句話(huà)英文就該說(shuō)“Our company”而不說(shuō)“Our firm”，更不說(shuō)“Our enterprise”。

2）firm是任何的一個(gè)企業(yè)，可以是獨資、合資或是股份有限公司。firm和company相比之下概念更廣泛，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，對一般企業(yè)的總稱(chēng)用firms多余companies。

3）enterprise是商業(yè)企業(yè)，一般來(lái)說(shuō)enterprise這個(gè)單詞很少用來(lái)稱(chēng)呼企業(yè)，雖然有商業(yè)企業(yè)的意思，enterprise多用與描寫(xiě)公司的經(jīng)濟活動(dòng)。
