動(dòng)物的抗體形成機制是通過(guò)病原體來(lái)刺激動(dòng)物體內的免疫細胞和免疫器官,從而產(chǎn)生一種新的細胞,這種細胞只針對于這種病原體起作用,進(jìn)行對抗,當動(dòng)物體再次有這種病原體進(jìn)入體內,就會(huì )進(jìn)行抵抗,從而動(dòng)物體就不會(huì )再得這一種病,這種特殊的細胞就是抗體

(一)抗原(Antigen, Ag)是指那些能誘導動(dòng)物免疫系統發(fā)生免疫應答、產(chǎn)生抗體同時(shí)又能與免疫應答產(chǎn)物在體內外特異性結合、發(fā)生免疫反應的物質(zhì)。
抗原的反應性取決于抗原決定簇(antigenic determinant),或稱(chēng)為表位(epitope)。一個(gè)抗原分子可帶有不同的決定簇,在免疫測定中,抗原是指能與抗體結合的物質(zhì)。能在機體中引起抗體產(chǎn)生的抗原多為分子量大于5000的蛋白質(zhì),例如乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)等。
