Windmills 就是我們熟知的風(fēng)車(chē)了。Windmill是有一定難度的動(dòng)作，建議無(wú)任何基礎的初學(xué)者就不要直接練這個(gè)動(dòng)作，一切等打好基礎再說(shuō)。這個(gè)動(dòng)作的基礎當然是手臂的力量和身體的協(xié)調性。有很多人在練習Windmill的時(shí)候，往往第一圈可以做，可后面就接不起來(lái)了。其實(shí)，問(wèn)題可能還是出現在你的手臂力量不夠和沒(méi)有把握好動(dòng)作銜接。下面我們就來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下Windmill及一些變體：

1、Windmill

這里先介紹普通的Windmill，也叫推手風(fēng)車(chē)，教程以右手為主要支撐。

① 不知大家是否還記得Handglide Freeze的姿勢，就是和Turtle Freeze類(lèi)似的那個(gè)動(dòng)作，我們就用這個(gè)來(lái)起步。右手肘頂在右側腹肌附近做主要支撐，右手指指向右側，左手自由撐在靠上的地面位置做輔助支撐分擔重心，雙腳伸直分叉開(kāi)用雙腳腳尖撐地（Handglide Freeze是雙腳離地的，這里稍有不同）。

② 保持上面的姿勢，先筆直向上抬起右腿（或者彎曲抬起，按你舒服的方式來(lái)，只是轉起來(lái)之后要伸直），左腿再抬起的同時(shí)，左手用力在地面向外撥（推），制造旋轉的動(dòng)力，然后重心慢慢轉移到右手上。

③ 右手彎曲用小臂著(zhù)地，左腿踢高，右腿從左腿下方掃過(guò)。此時(shí)身體會(huì )完全面向側面，重心壓在已經(jīng)彎曲的右小臂上。

④ 由于旋轉的慣性，重心壓在右小臂的瞬間又過(guò)渡到右肩最后滑到背部，此時(shí)是背部著(zhù)地，雙腿仍然筆直叉開(kāi)并往下壓，讓一會(huì )轉身有個(gè)回彈的力量，雙手保持剛剛趴在地上的姿勢。

⑤ 繼續旋轉到全身面向側面，此時(shí)重心在左肩和左大臂，右腿在上，左腿在下。

⑥ 因為手的姿勢沒(méi)變，用肩部力量繼續旋轉到全身面向地面，此時(shí)變?yōu)橛沂謸蔚?，重心從左肩和左大臂轉移到了右手。這時(shí)你會(huì )發(fā)現現在的姿勢和第一步是相同的，只是轉了一個(gè)圈。然后重復②-⑥，簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)

注意：因為Windmill難度較高，所以強烈建議在練習之前先花10分鐘左右把手臂手腕腳部等等做一系列的拉伸熱身，以防練習當中受傷。下面是分解動(dòng)作的練習以及要注意的地方。

第二步，左手用力在地面向外撥，制造旋轉的動(dòng)力。我們可以針對這個(gè)來(lái)做分解練習。用第一步的姿勢趴在地上，以右手為圓心，左手用力在地面向外撥，繞著(zhù)圓心轉一個(gè)圈試試，這個(gè)動(dòng)作一定要做熟練為止。

第三步，之前都是右手撐地，但身體向側面轉的時(shí)候，就是變成手肘向下倒下，小臂著(zhù)地。這步也來(lái)做分解練習，當左手用力在地面向外撥（推）的時(shí)候，反復做右手肘倒下，小臂著(zhù)地的動(dòng)作。

第四步，重心壓在右小臂的瞬間又過(guò)渡到右肩最后滑到背部，這里和Coin Drop第六步相同，切記是用你的肩膀著(zhù)地并用力，而不是腰部，很多人做到這一步因為雙腿和腰抬的不夠高變成腰部著(zhù)地，這是錯誤的?；奖巢恐傅氖怯帽成喜柯涞?，即背的上方二分之一處，這樣才有速度感，也不會(huì )受傷。

第五步，轉四分之三圈準備接第二圈的時(shí)候，需要把肩膀張開(kāi)，用肩膀的肌肉接地，而不是骨頭接地。

第六步，按第一步趴在地面。先不管腿的姿勢，倒地轉一圈然后回歸到第一步趴在地面的姿勢，這個(gè)要反復練習直到熟練為止，不然沒(méi)辦法接第二圈。

當這些分解動(dòng)作都熟練之后就可以組合練習了，相信這樣就能很快連貫了。

這里有一些常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題，起步時(shí)常摔倒是因為起步時(shí)腰沒(méi)抬高，著(zhù)地點(diǎn)太低而造成的。再接圈時(shí)腳會(huì )碰到地面是因為你腰沒(méi)抬高整個(gè)背部著(zhù)地了，正確的做法是腰和臀部太高，用背的上半部著(zhù)地，整個(gè)過(guò)程當中的著(zhù)力點(diǎn)就是手、肩部、后背的上半部。起步時(shí)手放開(kāi)的時(shí)機要掌握，這個(gè)需要多練習才能找到那種感覺(jué)，最后雙腿一定要伸直并張開(kāi)到最大。肩部一定要轉的快，身子轉的慢半拍。
