為什么說(shuō)基因突變的結果是產(chǎn)生等位基因
基因突變一般是指在基因尺度上的DNA序列的變化,用來(lái)區分染色體突變。
一般基因突變會(huì )包括少數堿基對的突變,或者一段或幾段序列的**入或者刪除,而這些突變之后,原有基因的絕大部分序列并沒(méi)有變化,因此原先在一對染色體上的配對基因仍然能夠配對和同源重組。
我們一般上把能否發(fā)生同源重組,即在染色體水平上,兩個(gè)基因所在的染色體區域能否配對作為是否是等位基因的標準。因此基因突變以后,產(chǎn)生了新的基因,該基因與原基因所在的相對另一條染色體上的基因仍能配對,互稱(chēng)等位基因。
