還有一種叫 “Pinot Gris” 的白葡萄酒，在國際白葡萄酒界，也是有著(zhù)“常任理事國”的地位。

但在我們中國往往被大家忽視，銷(xiāo)量也不高，在葡萄酒酒標上，是如下圖所示。

Pinot Gris，是種白色 釀酒葡萄 ，意大利叫Pinot Grigio，中文名是 灰皮諾 ，常常釀成干白葡萄酒。

灰皮諾葡萄，種植面積廣泛，全世界各個(gè)產(chǎn)區都有分布。近些年來(lái)，種植面積還在不斷擴大。

灰皮諾，還是黑比諾 Pinot Noir 的近親變種，細心的人會(huì )發(fā)現，英文名稱(chēng)中，它們都是 Pinot 開(kāi)頭的，雖然一個(gè)釀成的是白葡萄酒，一個(gè)是紅酒。

這也讓它們有了一些相同特性，在后文會(huì )提到。

鄭先生我對灰皮諾白葡萄酒的評價(jià)是，“內斂低調”。

灰皮諾酒的香氣，不同于長(cháng)相思、 雷司令白葡萄酒 ，非常淡雅清香，很多時(shí)候需要使勁 晃杯動(dòng)作 ，才聞得到明顯的香氣，不像后兩者，自然散發(fā)出濃郁香味。

雖然香氣清淡，但還是有梨子、柑橘、蜂蜜的氣味，間雜著(zhù)香料味，由于跟黑皮諾是近親，還會(huì )帶有 黑皮諾紅酒 的些許草莓紅莓味道。

在餐桌上，灰皮諾就像是文靜秀氣的姑娘，還略帶內向，不像她閨蜜長(cháng)相思、雷司令，天生帶自來(lái)熟，沒(méi)多少時(shí)間，就能跟人嘻哈打成一片。

口感上，灰皮諾白葡萄酒酸度明顯，酒體輕盈，產(chǎn)自法國阿爾薩斯的灰皮諾酒，還有一股獨特的油脂味。

最好是剛上市后，趁新鮮喝掉，當然，灰皮諾白葡萄酒也適合陳年收藏。

酒精度高，是灰皮諾的另一大特點(diǎn)。

因為灰皮諾釀酒葡萄，成熟早，掛在枝頭，葡萄內糖分會(huì )增多，釀出的白葡萄酒，常常是酒精度高，甚至會(huì )達到14度以上。

對于習慣喝白酒的中國人來(lái)說(shuō)，白葡萄酒中，灰皮諾會(huì )是很好的選擇。

在歐美國家的餐桌上，灰皮諾是最常用來(lái)搭配食物的幾種葡萄酒。

因為灰皮諾白葡萄酒，內斂低調，不搶他人風(fēng)頭。

什么食物跟灰皮諾搭配在一起吃，都能保持原汁原味，不會(huì )被灰皮諾的味道所掩蓋，保持美食的純正味道。

關(guān)于灰皮諾跟海鮮美食的搭配，尤其是配三文魚(yú)，最為經(jīng)典有名。

這里還有個(gè)故事。

美國人喜歡吃三文魚(yú)，東海岸的加利福尼亞州，是美國有名的三文魚(yú)產(chǎn)地，也是著(zhù)名的葡萄酒產(chǎn)區。

原本灰皮諾白葡萄酒，在美國屬于小眾酒，跟在中國一樣，沒(méi)多少人喝。

到了上世紀70年代，灰皮諾釀酒葡萄在當地大規模種植后，美國人發(fā)現灰皮諾酒跟三文魚(yú)搭配食用，簡(jiǎn)直是絕配。

灰皮諾白葡萄酒的高酸，能蓋住三文魚(yú)的腥味，也能起到殺菌作用，就像撒上了一道檸檬汁，同時(shí)，又能更加突出三文魚(yú)的鮮味。

這樣的美味搭配，讓灰皮諾白葡萄酒在美國的銷(xiāo)量突飛猛進(jìn)。

另外，白葡萄酒一般很難與肉類(lèi)進(jìn)行良好搭配，而灰皮諾正好是例外。

跟豬肉、雞肉、鴨肉，灰皮諾白葡萄酒都能進(jìn)行美味搭配。

在全世界，有一些優(yōu)質(zhì)灰比諾白葡萄酒的產(chǎn)區。下面，我會(huì )一一列舉，購買(mǎi)時(shí)，看著(zhù)葡萄酒酒標，對照以下產(chǎn)地的英文字母就行。

法國葡萄酒產(chǎn)區阿爾薩斯 Alsace ，是灰皮諾白葡萄酒的著(zhù)名產(chǎn)區，甜度從干性到甜型都有。

意大利的特倫蒂諾-上阿迪杰 Trentino-Alto Adige、弗留利-威尼斯朱麗亞 Friuli-Venezia Giulia ，是非常有名的灰皮諾葡萄酒產(chǎn)區。

雖然意大利全境都有種植灰皮諾，但是這兩個(gè)產(chǎn)區出產(chǎn)的灰皮諾無(wú)疑是最好的。出口英國的意大利葡萄酒中，有接近一半是灰皮諾白葡萄酒。

新西蘭的灰皮諾，是 新世界葡萄酒 中比較好的，釀酒方式效仿的是法國阿爾薩斯，從干白到甜白，釀?dòng)懈鞣N甜度的。

灰皮諾白葡萄酒作為禮品送人，鄭先生我還是喜歡產(chǎn)自法國阿爾薩斯的，比較經(jīng)典有味道。

有些朋友懂紅酒，喝膩了名莊好酒，專(zhuān)挑小眾酒嘗鮮，那么國內知名度低的灰皮諾就正好。

選葡萄酒酒標上帶有“Grand Cru”字樣的，阿爾薩斯最好的特級葡萄園級別，送給對方，就十分合胃口。

還有些喜歡吃還海鮮的朋友，送意大利的灰皮諾白葡萄酒就比較適合。

在國內，灰皮諾白葡萄酒的市場(chǎng)價(jià)，普通的在80-150元之間，貴點(diǎn)的級別高些的，市場(chǎng)價(jià)在200-300元之間。

灰皮諾酒的價(jià)格，還是比較平易近人的，就是在國內的知名度不高。

這可能還是因為它太“內斂低調”，香氣不會(huì )“撲鼻而來(lái)”的緣故。

即使是，灰皮諾葡萄，成熟后含有大量糖分，也被稱(chēng)為含糖量最高的干白葡萄酒。

中國姑娘們，喜歡喝甜些的酒，又喜歡各種原味美食，灰皮諾幾乎是她們最好的干白選擇。
