強心針能讓人活過(guò)來(lái)嗎
答案是不能。
因為強心針主要作用為興奮心臟、使心肌收縮力加強、心率加快;收縮皮膚、粘膜和內臟血管,使血壓升高;擴張冠狀動(dòng)脈,改善心臟的血液供應;能松弛胃腸道和支氣管平滑肌、解除支氣管痙攣、消除粘膜水腫、散大瞳孔;促進(jìn)糖原分解,升高血糖。本品能被消化液分解,故口服無(wú)效,皮下注射后3—5分鐘顯效,可維持l小時(shí),肌注后其作用僅維持10—30分鐘。此外加入局麻藥中或外用可延緩吸收,以延長(cháng)作用時(shí)間并有止血作用。用于過(guò)敏性休克、支氣管哮喘及心臟驟停等。
