2）染色：加入適量體積現配好的染色工作液，以完全覆蓋材料為準。鋁箔紙包好，室溫孵育3h-過(guò)夜。同時(shí)設置陰性和**對照實(shí)驗；

3）脫色：將染色好的材料轉入70%酒精中脫色2-3次，直至陰性對照材料變?yōu)榘咨?。GUS染色**的藍色斑點(diǎn)非常穩定，不會(huì )被酒精脫色。
