根據泰國共管公寓法（condominium act）19條中對于“外國人”持有公寓產(chǎn)權的規定，如果外國人的繼承人不是泰國籍，那么也必須按照第19條規定合規后成為有資格的外國人后才可以獲得注冊地契，否則繼承的房產(chǎn)必須在1年內出售。

按照19條規定，一般外國人獲取注冊公寓地契資格的操作是：通過(guò)國外轉入泰國的外匯，兌換成泰銖購房，并擁有銀行的外匯兌換證明。

繼承也必須進(jìn)行如上操作，否則無(wú)法注冊地契。

言止于此，沒(méi)有要斷人財路的意思，但是賣(mài)房子歸買(mǎi)房子，要把話(huà)給人說(shuō)清楚。
