就是指“刑事犯罪”。Offence并無(wú)確定或嚴格的意義,指所有具有社會(huì )危害性的行為,尤指觸犯制定法而非普通法的行為,不僅包括犯罪(crime)和可訴罪(indictable offence),也包括簡(jiǎn)易定罪(summary conviction)所懲罰的行為。offense與crime的區別只是詞語(yǔ)的習慣用法不同,而并非法律定義不同。

應該說(shuō)是犯罪行為。
“刑事犯罪”是一種不標準的說(shuō)法,因為“犯罪”本身的定義就是“觸犯刑法的”,觸犯其他法律稱(chēng)為“違法”。
另外offense是一種觸犯的行為,不能定義為“罪”。
