股癬易于治好。常用的癬藥水、癬藥膏，達克寧霜等都可以收到很好的效果。值得注意的是不能用膚輕松或皮炎平等來(lái)治療股癬，否則，范圍會(huì )擴大。同時(shí)存在手足癬，應同時(shí)治療。預防辦法：做到不共用毛巾、澡盆、內褲、鞋襪，避免患部堿性環(huán)境。經(jīng)常清洗**和皺褶部位，待干后，用爽身粉減少皮膚的摩擦，保持局部干燥。內褲以棉織品為好，褲檔要寬松。如果出現潰爛就要去醫院了。

注意衛生，經(jīng)常清洗**，穿寬松的褲子?？梢缘脑?huà)涂一些復輕松要搞在患處就可以了。
