蘆薈在我們的日常生活中十分普遍，有些人的家里就種植了蘆薈，綠色值班讓人看著(zhù)心情會(huì )非常愉快，明凈心靈。在我們的觀(guān)念中蘆薈含有多種功效，這是因為許多化妝品護膚品中成分中經(jīng)常見(jiàn)到它們的身影。

那么，蘆薈可以去除皺紋祛斑嗎？首先我們來(lái)了解下蘆薈，蘆薈含有多糖和多種維生素，這是對人體皮膚有營(yíng)養的，可以滋潤皮膚，同時(shí)對于皮膚產(chǎn)生的炎癥、粉刺等等問(wèn)題也有不錯的效果。

但是單獨使用蘆薈汁液還有蘆薈膠是不能達到祛斑效果的，它的藥力很小，不足以有淡斑效果，只是美白功能強一些。另外蘆薈對雀斑是沒(méi)有效果的，最主要是起到保濕消炎作用的，而一些蘆薈祛斑化妝品一般也只有淡化雀斑的作用，而不能根治雀斑，想要完全祛斑的話(huà)，還是要借助另外的方法。

新鮮的蘆薈可以擦臉，因為蘆薈汁相對來(lái)說(shuō)是比較安全的物質(zhì)，但是使用之前要測下敏感現象，防止產(chǎn)生過(guò)敏。還有的蘆薈是可以食用的，比如拉索蘆薈、中國蘆薈等，一般具有消炎殺菌的作用，可以適當調理身體。

蘆薈可以去除皺紋、祛斑嗎？

對于蘆薈是不是可以祛斑去皺這個(gè)問(wèn)題我有些個(gè)人的見(jiàn)解，因為我本身從事化妝品行業(yè)十多年，多多少少的也了解一些了。而且我母親就長(cháng)年用蘆薈，自己家里種植了很多的蘆薈。

首先蘆薈對于祛斑的效果不是特別明顯，蘆薈本身具有保濕美白的功效，長(cháng)年用原生的蘆薈對皮膚的保濕功效很大，而且蘆薈消炎殺菌的功效很強，所以祛痘的效果要大于去斑呢。一般說(shuō)蘆薈美白保濕祛斑，那是由于添加在化妝品里，而化妝品里又添加了很多美白祛斑的成分，所以才讓大家誤解為蘆薈可以美白祛斑的。但是長(cháng)期用原生蘆薈的確皮膚很緊實(shí)，皮膚白了自然斑就顯得淡了。還是要多多的防曬，黑色素減少了斑就淡了。

我家種植蘆薈的原因是因為我媽媽得了一種叫日光炎的皮膚病，只要陽(yáng)光一曬就癢，然后撓的都爛了，用了很多藥都沒(méi)有什么效果。我媽也是聽(tīng)別人說(shuō)蘆薈汁可以治，所以才試著(zhù)用蘆薈治療，也就種了幾盆蘆薈，方便隨時(shí)用。的確有效果，每天用蘆薈汁涂抹傷口處，不疼不癢，也消炎了。用了一年，老人家的日光炎還真的有好轉了，這是我親眼所見(jiàn)的，所以我也就有發(fā)言權了，我家弟媳也用蘆薈原汁擦臉，臉上的痤瘡基本上沒(méi)有了，真的很有效果。

我建議大家用蘆薈汁的時(shí)候最好稀釋一下，有些人對蘆薈過(guò)敏，不是所有人能用的。什么東西再好也不是所有人都能好使，這些需要大家注意點(diǎn)。
